How to properly claim something is “bias”
I know conservatives see themselves as informed. You are so informed that you see the truth beyond the countless waves of plebeians and sheep. Thanks to the internet you can speak the truth. We can expose the fake reality from the corporate media that has blinded you from... THE TRUUUUUTH! The truth that the media wants to promote a leftist agenda to make you think the way they do for profit somehow. You can see beyond the bias and the lies and you hold the key to TRUUUUUTH!!!

It’s a self-satisfying mindset. But that’s all it is. When you look at the FACTS, the cultural norm has a factual basis behind it. All backed by the scientific method down to peer review and scientific consensus.

But is the right wing correct in this thinking? Let’s give them the benefit of the doubt. It is very plausible. You can find a study for just about anything. But a study isn’t good enough. What you need in CONSENSUS from the professional communities that are qualified to speak on the issues.

Conservatives will still claim facts are "bias" even in the face of consensus.

If the science and their sources are wrong, then that means the consensus from all these following professional communities are wrong.

Demonstrating you have an understanding of how the researchers and journalists reached their conclusions

Demonstrate the flaws in their findings by using logic.

If you can’t do that, then it’s clear you are just making shit up.
