- Four Avocados
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro (half a bundle)
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion (1 small red onion)
- 1 Tablespoon Jalapeno (1 small jalapeno)
- 1 Lime
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- Instructions:
- 1. Take half a bundle of cilantro and remove the leaves from the stems. Dispose of the stems. Roll the leaves into a tight ball and very finely mince.
- 2. Finely dice the red onion and jalapeno.
- 3. After removing the skins, add the avocados to a large bowl. Add the juices of one lime and half-lemon. Add salt. Use a fork to mash the avocados into a rough paste.
- 4. Add the diced onions, cilantro, and jalapenos. Combine and serve.
- 5. If you happen to be Dali, this is the part where you should shred the cheese and whip the sour cream :)
