Jacks: Trainees knew the jacks. Jacks were still explained though. Trainees
did JJs pretty decently. GJs were done pretty decently aswell albeit a bit
slow. HJs went smoooooooooooooothly too.
Formations: Basic formations were practiced. Trainees did mostly decently
with STS not really working out.
March: Marching rules explained.
Obby(short): Obby rules were explained. Trainees did well overall.
Obby(long): Trainees obviously had problems with these damn poles.
Side notes: Trainee ages were checked. Has good grammar. Is pretty strict.
Says "Right" too much in my opinion but ok.
