  1. Hello everyone. Raito here, back again with another unoriginal idea of a video. However, I felt like this one actually needs to be said. And with that, the first person that deserves to be on osu! Officers is none other than strato. Now you guys all know about osu! Content and how that channel got deleted, but more on that later. Let’s just first dive into strato’s past shall we?
  2.
  3. When strato started his first channel, he got a lot of hate for being the new kid on the block, and he didn't really seem to know much about video quality etc. The Circle People took him in and for a short while, strato was working for Circle People. He deleted some top videos from Circle People such as cookiezi’s furioso melodia fc. And he even tries to upload some random stuff like this Fuck Azer video that still remains unlisted on the circle people channel.
  4. He then eventually goes to reddit and makes this post about how Circle People is a bad channel that dislikes other channels etc. (which we don’t by no means) and he would post screenshots of his own channel from his own desktop, but logged into circle people and he dislikes his own videos to frame circle people. Unfortunately, we had some of this saved, but due to reddit’s new API system, we can’t look up deleted stuff anymore, but we do have proof he still tried to frame Circle People.
  5. On osu, user mamka322 messages poised to apologize for what he has done. He then links to the reddit post he made where he made false accusations of Circle People and tries to ask for forgiveness. Mamka322 is Strato, and the proof is if you go on osu and hover over someone’s name, you can find their original names. Going to strato’s profile, we see he used to be mamka322.
  6.
  7. His channel ended up getting deleted by him because he then made osu! Content. This was many many ages ago, however, and he’s been a little quiet since.
  8.
  9. There was that one incident that after a while of me doing osu! Alert for circle people, he then made his own version called osu! Weekly where he blatantly rips off my series (which side note, I don’t care that they did, I was more surprised that they didn’t say anything to my knowledge before hand), but what I was a little bit salty about is that they all 100% acknowledge that they’re ripping off my series as shown here when the alleged sibling of the host of osu! Weekly came talking to me, as well as when I joined their channel, they showed that I commented on their videos, only to find out that they have been removing comments in regards to me or osu! Alert.
  10. However, that was also several months ago, and we are in the now.
  11. Recently, osu! Content had some issues with one of their staff members in where he went in, deleted about 690 some videos and said this on discord. Because for those who don’t know, both Circle People and osu! Content are multiple people uploading to the same channel. He also proceeded to upload some porn videos but then the channel became terminated. So that’s the story I believe everyone knows, HOWEVER. Strato then goes to say that the channel was deleted due to bots and not uploading porn. He goes on reddit to explain the future of osu! Content and how his channel was deleted because of botting and he proceeds to blame the one person he can, RazerHead.
  12.
  13. So I decided, with an open mind, to contact RazerHead and see what he says about osu! Content. And honestly, I was a bit scared at first because literally know one knows who RazerHead is, he just kind of came out of nowhere. But here’s a little history.
  14.
  15. About a month ago, a discord user by the name of RazerHead applies for osu! Content because he loves osu! And wants to help out with the community. He soon finds out that strato is a bad person and the reason he did all of this was because he didn’t like how bad of a person strato is. I asked if he could provide me with some proof, so he then send me this, which I find to be pretty big. This was a conversation that he had with strato when he first started, now bare with me as RazerHead’s English isn’t the greatest, but it’s 100% understandable.
  16.
  17. We see in this screenshot that strato is talking to RazerHead about how osu! Content functions. Now there’s actually a reason you don’t see RazerHead here and that’s because he deleted all his messages in fear that Strato would track him down and hurt him.
  18.
  19. Let me explain everything and then I will talk about the legitimacy of these screenshots.
  20. So RazerHead fills me in on what he has said, and unfortunately, there’s no proof he ever said these things, however, given the context and strato’s response, I think I can safely say that these were along the lines of what he said.
  21.
  22. Basically, strato gave him permission to upload to osu! Content, but here’s the crazy part. Strato then tells RazerHead that whenever he uploads to reddit, there’s a private channel where everyone goes in and upvotes that comment. On top of which, strato links to website they use for reddit bots. Now, I’m not okay with this, but it’s irks me more that not only he uses the bots to upvote himself and his staff, he also uses the bots for downvoting other comments with, and I quote “we also use [this website] but its better at downvoting other comments”
  23.
  24. WHAT
  25.
  26. And the reason behind it is apparently, he feels the need to do so because he otherwise doesn’t get normal views and subscribers.
  27.
  28. ON TOP OF WHICH
  29.
  30. When asked about which bots to use for youtube, strato replies with “Many different ones. Mostly subscribers, but also likes, never comments or views.”
  31.
  32. So this means that at the least, strato is using bots on his channel AND reddit, and YouTube was in the right to terminate their channel for botting. (Which let’s be honest here, I was a bit skeptical when Strato said that he doesn’t know why YouTube striked him for this because they’re a multi-billion dollar company, sure they might make mistakes here and there, but you’d think their system would be more refined at detecting stuff like this)
  33.
  34. So let’s talk about how legit these screenshots of strato were. Like I’ve said earlier, RazerHead is someone that really came out of nowhere, so he doesn’t really have much of a reputation other than what strato has said about him. So it’s not that I didn’t trust RazerHead exactly, but I needed proof before making such bold claims. I made RazerHead give me the actual screenshot with him clicking over Strato’s name to show his discord id so that I can match it with the actual discord, but I know some people will also say that’s photoshopped so I asked if could take it one step further.
  35.
  36. He then gives me this video where he logs into discord himself (and I’m going to blur his username for obvious reasons) and he goes into strato’s DMs and it looks like the real strato has messaged him all of that.
  37.
  38. So, basically to wrap this up, Strato has always been scummy, he still is scummy, and he likes to play victim.
