  3. I'm interested in commissioning 3 reference sheets for my friends who all chose to have moth characters.

  5. All of the characters have these features:
  6. * Species: Moth
  7. * 2 legs.
  8. * Glowing eyes.
  9. * All are about as anthro as an Avali or more anthro (semi-anthro to anthro).
  10. * Wings big enough that they could act as a "cloak" over the whole body if closed/folded up.
  11. * 4 views in the reference sheet: front/back/sides views, and the 4th one will have the wing "cloak" closed.

  13. We can add everyone involved to a Discord group and iterate on the design. The biggest differences between the characters are the colors (and patterns). Aside from the colors/patterns, Luni would be taller and have some more chest fluff, Zylann would have hair and be medium height, MotH would be shorter and possibly have 6 arms.

  19. LillyByte (character name "Luni")
  20. * Species: Moth
  21. * Gender: Female (canonically, this image will be SFW, but there will still be breasts, also Luni should be "kinda hot")
  22. * Height: 9cm (she wanted to be the biggest)
  23. * 4 arms, 2 legs
  24. * Front of wing colors: Rainbow colored wings. See the first reference image for inspiration, the rainbow does not have to be copied exactly or anything.
  25. * Back of wing colors: Black, with some purple and white spots/speckles. See the second reference image for inspiration.
  26. * Body colors: Black and purple, no specific ideas on the pattern, but it'll be a mix of these two colors.
  27. * The idea of the colors is that from the front with wings open it looks pretty and rainbowy and colorful, but when viewed from the back or viewed with the wings closed the color is hidden and it looks mostly black with some purple coloring and some purple/white speckles.
  28. * Hair color: Half black and half purple, split down the center. Left side black, right side purple (from the character's perspective).
  29. * Eye color: Purple glowing eyes. See the third and fourth images for inspiration.

  41. * 4 arms, 2 legs
  42. * Eye color: Yellowish-Green glowing eyes. See hex code aaff55
  43. * Front of wing colors: Rainbow colored wings. See the first reference image for inspiration, the rainbow does not have to be copied exactly or anything.
  44. * Back of wing colors: Mostly black with darkish-yellowish-green stripes/bands. The bands would be the same hue as #aaff55 but darker, we're not sure how dark, up to the artist.

  54. MotH (character name "MotH", yeah it's kinda confusing, MotH the moth)
  55. * Species: Rosy Maple Moth
  56. * Gender: Male (canonically, this image will be SFW)
  57. * Height: 5.5cm (MotH should be the smallest of the 3 moth characters)
  58. * 6 arms, 2 legs. He told me 10 arms initially but we have a feeling this would look silly. So 6, which is still more than the others who have 4.
  59. * Colors: Yellow and pink, like vanilla and strawberry ice cream.
  60. * Eye color: Pink glowing eyes.
  61. * Yellow head, pink neck fluff, see the first reference image.
  62. * Yellow and pink wings. This one does not have black/rainbow wings like the other two.
