Shinjin Race App

Application Target: Shinjin (Wind Preference, but also down with Earth if plans.)
Reason: Was going to try Saiyan but let's be honest. Shinjin is one of the coolest races for social RP, isn't relied on heavily for events, and just gets to do their own thing. In my current situation Shinjin ticks all the boxes and even at my worst, I'm a better shinjin than half of the people who will apply anyways. FIGHT ME.

I have a preference for Tribe, but I am willing to be apart of City if the shinjin cast needs to be rebalanced. I intend to focus myself as a teacher this time instead of full support, so p much investment in actual combat even if I'm not intending to fight much.
