Alright faggots I've had enough of the misinformation about terry and his family. So I put together this S/A (statement/ answer) for your sorry little incompetent asses.
S: Terry's family kicked him out
A: Terry was a grown-ass man. He had a career, was a lead engineer for a major company, was making salary, etc. etc. And then he had a breakdown. Y'all niggers won't even take care of your own parents when they go looney, but you expect that your parents would take care of you if you did? AFTER they finished raising you??? Yet, Terrys saint of a mom and dad took him in, gave him a place to live and took care of him, and put up with a metric ton of shit for years and years. Terry refused to take the meds he needed, and they couldn't enable him any longer. In the end, Terry chose to leave.

S: You (the community) did nothing for Terry!/ You should have done more.
A: First off, neither did you. Second off, not many had the ability. And finally, many people did. In the time I've lurked the irc (which you should do too before spewing the latest bullshit you heard on reddit), I've seen anons offer Terry: food, clothing, transportation, free lawyer's/ help to get disability back, a place to stay, A FUCKING PLACE TO STAY IN SOMEONE'S HOUSE IN PORTLAND WHERE TERRY WAS AT THAT TIME, a place to stay (all separate occasions). In addition, I know of at least two cases where people gave terry things he needed and he threw them away. Literally. (a decent thinkpad and a poncho because hr was in Portland in the spring with no rain jacket). Instead, Terry begged, and I mean **begged**, for PayPal day in and day out on IRC. He never once tried to help himself.
