A PROCLAMATION

For the apprehension of RIKKI ARNOT, and execution of her immediate family

	Being that the above person(s) have not responded to or met our demands for restitution and apology for the vile, felonious crime of the person above so named being a poor example of a public entertainer, this proclamation is issued against them.
	It is requested that all able-bodied citizens of Australia keep a staunch look-out for RIKKI ARNOT, and report all sightings of same to local authorities. She is described as approximately 40 years, blonde hair, slight build, between 4 to 5 feet in height and a homely countenance.
	Any person(s) who find RIKKI ARNOT and are unable to contact the local constable(s) to have her removed to a watch-house or other such place pending judgment of a court of law may keep her within their custody for an indefinite period of time until they make contact with an officer of the law.
	RIKKI ARNOT's immediate family are hereby notified that for the grave offence of granting safe harbour to a known felon, they are condemned to death, and any person(s) who inflict the aforementioned punishment upon them, or seriously injure them in any way, will be granted a reward of FIVE HUNDRED Australian dollars (A$500), upon proof of their demise being delivered to the authors of this proclamation.
	Any known associates of RIKKI ARNOT are so warned that if they do not discontinue all contact with the aforementioned person and hand themselves in to us to be dealt with, their lives, those of their household and all immediate family will be forfeited. Our leader is a widow's son, outlawed, and their orders MUST be obeyed.
