Sagi groaned and stood, stretching. His joints popped and cracked quietly before he let out a content sigh, his shoulders slumping just the slightest. "I don't make promises," He'd said simply, glancing at Ben when he'd started talking about revenge Eden and the others. "but I'll try my best."

	'He's right, you know.' Bazael had saida within his head. Sagi knew they were right. Vengeance had never ended well for anyone. But a small part of him knew that, if given the chance, he'd dive headlong into battle, his life be damned. They'd taken everything from him. He wouldn't be content until he had done the same to them. That, however, would involve getting stronger. Bazael's training had been helpful. He'd felt like he could hold his own against a normal person. Unfortunately the people they were dealing were far from normal. Fortunately, neither was Ben.

	Sagi grinned and nodded, moving to hold the door open. "Go easy on me, yeah? I don't got a fancy dancy sword like you do."

	No, but what he did have would hopefully be enough.

	"Companionship only complicates things." Denus said, taking a seat opposite of Mod and picking up his hand of cards. "Take Eden, for example. Typically a Creator prefers an isolated existence, but him? He brought his friends along and now he's gotten into a situation in which the chances of his victory are slim to none. Why?" He glanced up from his cards to Mod. "Because he depended to heavily on others and when the time for him to be alone came, he couldn't bare it." Denus respected Eden, but he couldn't respect a lot of the decisions that he had made. He was doing a good job and the results of that were obvious, but the means that he had achieved that result had sat ill with Denus. It reminded him too much of when a younger him.

	He tossed a card out and tilted his head. "The short answer is no. My existence is a lonely one, but I prefer it this way. Sleep is much more appealing than carnal indulgences. Less messy too. What about you? Have there been any good bones in you lately?"
