Scruffing

A little filly was being carried away from the playground by her mother.

She wasn't sure why she was in trouble.

Sure, she was the one who first called the other filly dumb, but she was right and yea, she did push the dumb filly onto the ground making her cry, but the dummy obviously had it coming. Really, it should have been the dumb filly's mommy apologizing to hers and demanding that the dumb filly do the same to herself. Not the other way around.

She of course, refused to apologize and was shortly picked up by her mother.

Being scruffed in public was extremely embarressing and she did absolutely nothing to deserve this treatment!

Due to the clearily unfair nature of her handling, the little filly was squirming hard and it was clearily working as her mother stopped.

Finally! Now she would-
'SMACK!'
Get smacked on the bum appearently.

Mommy didn't remove her hoof from filly's bottom as she stood on three hooves.

The filly gasped at the stinging sensation and froze in shock and humilliation at the fact that they were still in the rather populated playground. Then, to make things worse, mommy started scolding her firmly and loudly enough for a bunch of ponies to hear it.

As much as our newly spanked filly wanted to protest she didn't dare as she knew that hoof could leave her bottom at any moment for a quick return trip.

Then again, she never got smacked twice in a row...

"And you will stay still when I'm carrying you! Do I make myself clear?"
"Y-yes mommy!" She squeaked.

Mommy's hoof made contact with the ground again and the filly sighed in relief at the lack of its return.

She tried to rub the sting out of her butt, but her forelegs were too short to reach it and she didn't dare to try bending to a proper rubbing position.

She groaned, thinking her day was ruined thanks to that dumb filly.

At least it couldn't get any worse.

Little did she know that there would soon be a lot more smacks on the bottom waiting for her...
