  1. AMELIA DAHLIA:
  2.
  3. The No. 3 ranked Crossbone - who also cannot be considered the second in command, but is instead Akane's most loyal and faithful servant. A human Impetus from the On that Sky's Horizon light novel series, she, like all Impetuses, has a power related to a specific verb/action, being able to apply that action to anything. In her case, her Impetus is that she can "clean anything." She was born to an extremely well off family from England, which in her world is still a major multi-continental empire, though mostly limited to holdings in Africa and part of China, alongside a twin brother, Oswald, who also ultimately turned out to be an Impetus - in his case he could freeze anything. Recognizing the power that was born into their children, their parents sought to teach them how to ideally use their powers to help and aid others, which Oswald quickly revealed himself to be a fast learner and extremely skilled in use of both his Impetus, but also magic and weaponry as well, particularly prone to using his Impetus to freeze time to use to set up attacks or rescue people from situations it would be difficult to otherwise approach. On the other hand, while Amelia showed great promise in using her Impetus, even higher than her brother, she otherwise completely failed when it came to learning how to use weapons or magic, being stuck in her own head most of the time, and didn't show much interest or passion in her teachers' moral lessons, even if she did quickly come to value the idea of devoting yourself to someone. In time, as both siblings become adults, Oswald quickly achieved a household name as a popular Slayer who allied himself with the chairman of the Slayer Association, a group of people who are known as the Slayers - Impetus users who use their ability to attack powerful, evil enemies which often evade defeat due to their own powerful impetuses, and he achieved worldwide fame. Amelia, on the other hand, never really made any progress in the Slayer business, and eventually dropped out, instead slowly coming to ally herself with various criminals over time, and came to realize her own lack of a moral compass or passion for doing good made it more logical for her than trying to be a Slayer like her brother, who she was already envious of the success of, and so began trying to serve various villains as a maid and henchwoman instead - but inevitably, each of her masters seemed to die, either due to lacking power, not being clever enough, or simply due to bad luck, and Amelia had to jump from master to master, almost feeling that she was cursed, and would forever remain a mere shadow of her brother rather than a rival or competitor. Thus, it was no surprise that when she was offered a chance at a master who would not fail her expectations, it was no wonder she quickly accepted.

  5. Dahlia's personality is somewhat odd and overall has a constant sense of detachment and strange, out there mindset. She is mostly concerned with her desire to serve her master well, not necessarily because she has a generally submissive personality (though she is very loyal) but because she believes it's how she excels at her job as a maid. She sees herself as a maid first and a henchwoman and fighter second, and severely dislikes whenever people imply otherwise, even repeatedly claiming to be just a maid whenever her foes or even allies presume her to have a special or important role due to her rank at no. 3 among the Crossbones, and this contributes to her often disgruntled and annoyed personality. Many various things can annoy her, due to various factors in her odd personality. She has no moral compass whatsoever, and doesn't care whatever awful things Akane does as a result, becoming rather annoyed whenever people try to call out what an evil person she serves or how she participates in atrocities. At the same time however, she doesn't have any particular passion for evil activities or sense of sadism, instead treating it like part of her job and nothing else - thus, while she doesn't feel malice towards the people she hurts, she doesn't feel any remorse or regret either, it's just another thing her job asks of her, which she does without a care because she values her job above any sense of morality. In addition to this sense of annoyance, she also is annoyed by people with no sense of maintenance or cleanliness, due to how obsessive she is towards cleaning due to the Impetus she was born with, and as such often argues with Absynth. Finally, she is immensely envious of the greater recognition and success her brother Oswald has gotten while she's mostly been left in the dust, and will become extremely annoyed and rarely even outright angry whenever his success is brought up - she dislikes him enough that she dyes her blue hair black and wears blue contact lenses to hide her red eyes, and when asked about her surname will say she's named Amelia Oakenway rather than Amelia Dahlia.

  7. Amelia is not the brightest Crossbone out there - in fact she's quite dim, and her odd personality combined with this relative lack of intelligence often leads her to be confused by otherwise regular things and contribute a sense of annoyance similar to those above by people who try to explain high concepts to her. Her lack of intelligence often leads her open to being tricked, but she has a sense of instincts that make it extremely difficult to deceive her - thus, while she may fall for a trap, she'll never fall for somebody trying to disguise themselves as one of her allies. Her mind is prone to wandering, often leading her to muse regarding odd things now and then, or mention completely banal activities such as doing the laundry or washing the dishes in the middle of battle situation. She's quite forgetful as well, and can often forget what exactly she was doing right in the middle of doing it, and has trouble focusing at times due to how her mind wanders constantly. However, if Akane tells her to focus on something or explicitly remember something, she will do so without fail. Indeed, her loyalty to Akane is absolute, and honestly goes beyond just being loyal as part of her business as a maid, trying to dutifully serve Akane as well as she can at essentially all times, and outright describing her life's purpose eventually being serving Akane. She seems to realize Akane's dark history, even though Akane refuses to share it, and feels an almost maternal instinct to her "young" master, and tries to be there for her if possible. She is possessed of a desire to never fail Akane just as she believes Akane will never fail her, and never tries to show weakness or fear around Akane, even if Akane is clearly concerned for her. Like Akane, she feels a close attachment to Roa and tries to take care of Roa as best as she can, though her relationship with her fellow top 4 Crossbone, Harvest, is more strained, being more akin to a friendly rivalry where they tease and annoy each other regularly. Questioning her loyalty to Akane or Akane's strength, willpower, or ability to lead the Crossbones fills her with deep anger, and is extremely likely to lead her to activate her Fervor form.

  9. Her combat abilities are mostly built around using her Impetus - the power to "clean" anything - to her advantage. It is an Impetus that relies on vectors to be used, and as such she often wields a variety of cleaning tools in order to make best use of it, such as mops, brooms, feather dusters, spray bottles, soap, and more, and she uses them in a variety of ways, such as melting things away using spray bottles, gliding across the ground by creating a frictionless path using her mop, sending enemies flying using feather dusters, causing massive forceful gusts with brooms, and similar such abilities. Despite having little to no success using weapons, she is extremely skilled using her cleaning tools like weapons, implying that if she had applied herself she would have actually been extremely skilled in use of weapons, but simply couldn't get into them as opposed to learning how to best use her Impetus. Her Void Eye has the power of Fervor, allowing her, if she gets angry/willful enough, to enter an extreme state of rage and gain immense power, speed, and vitality, as well as the ability to release glowing blue energy in destructive fashion, each of these effects growing stronger the more driven she feels to do Akane proud or eliminate those who have mocked or scorned her. Her named rank in the Crossbones is Paladin, and her symbol is a feather duster with a design with prominent crescents on the sides, with spikes extending upwards, and spiral hooks in the middle of these gaps, creating a look of spiral eyes, while the duster's feathers function as the skull's teeth.

  11. Her body shape is rather normal for a young adult girl from her world, with a modestly sized bust and somewhat cute, round cheeks on her face being the most unique aspects of her body shape, and her hair is naturally blue in color, and quite spiky and icecicle-like, similar to her brother normally, but she normally conditions and ties it into a more modest blue slicked back ponytail, as well as dying it black. Her remaining eye is normally red, but she wears a blue contact lens. When in a state of Fervor, her dye evaporates and her contact lens disappears, and the tie she uses to keep her hair in place is undone, causing her hair to become wild and stand on end, while her eye glows red, and her Void Eye's Crossbone symbol pupil becomes brightly glowing gold instead.

  13. Her outfit is a gothic maid's uniform with the aesthetic of Crossbone outfits, consisting primarily of a black maid's dress with frilly, spike-like ridges around the shoulders leading into shoulder cuffs styled off cute little skulls, which themselves lead to long black opera gloves over her arms, with a long blue design of a jagged cross extending from the shoulders and ending at the top of the hand on both gloves. The back of the top portion of her dress exposes a white dress undershirt, and at her neck she has a simple collar with a fine black bow with a silver skull at the center. The front of the upper portion of her dress is covered in a plate of silver armor over her chest, with a prominent, glowing blue jagged cross on the front of it, held to the chest by simple black belt straps which attach to the sides of the upper dress. Below her upper dress and chest plate is a simple blue sash which, while tied around the waist, has a long untied portion dangling at the left side of her waist, ending in a golden Crossbone symbol design over the triangular edge of the sash. Her lower dress consists of three major pieces, which I'll describe from top to bottom. The topmost piece is a nice white apron styled off of a skull in design, complete with holes for eyes, and has no functional role aside from looking cool and theoretically protecting from stains. Underneath that is a two-part black skirt that looks like two stylized bat wings in appearance, coiled close to each other and held together by blue straps, with prominent black pockets along the sides which serve as miniature dimensions to store cleaning items within, no matter the size. Finally, the bottom-most layer is a simple white skirt ending in "spiky" frills akin to those on her shoulders and her headband. She wears long white leggings and dark blue stylish shoes with black soles. On her head she wears two additional items - a white dusk mask with a blue Crossbones symbol on it, and a simple white headband like a maid would wear, with a main blue long along the middle and spiky frills like on her skirt and shoulders along the edges. When she enters her Fervor form, both these items disintegrate from the sheer power.
