Be sure the domain name you want qualifies for a Sunrise phase.

Please carefully read the descriptions and criteria for the phases below to ensure you qualify for them. If you do not meet the criteria, and apply for the wrong phase, your .XXX domain name application will be denied. There will be no application fee refunds.

 		SUNRISE AT - Adult Trademark Holders


 	 	For members of the Sponsored Community who:
 	 	- Hold a verifiable trademark or service mark prior to September 1, 2011

 	 	- Will provide necessary trademark information and supporting documents if requested
 	 	- Intend to host a live website
 	 	- Will participate in becoming a member of the Sponsored Community (you will be notified of the membership application process via email.*)

- Understand there are no application fee refunds


 	 	NOTE: If multiple applications are submitted for the same domain name, the domain will go to auction.**

 		SUNRISE B - Block for Trademark Holders
 	 	For non-members of the Sponsored Community who:
 	 	- Hold a verifiable trademark or service mark, prior to September 1, 2011
 	 	- Will provide necessary trademark information and supporting documents if requested
 	 	- Do NOT intend to host a live website
 	 	- Want to pay a one-time fee to protect their brand year after year
 	 	- Understand there are no application fee refunds
 	 	NOTE: Successful Sunrise B applications will result in the domain name resolving to a blocked page managed by the ICM Registry.

 		SUNRISE AD - Adult Domain Holders (Grandfathering)
 	 	For members of the Sponsored Community who:
 	 	- Own a pre-existing IANA TLD registered prior to February 1, 2010 and want the exact-match .XXX domain name
 	 	- Will provide necessary information to prove registration of pre-existing IANA TLD
 	 	- Intend to host a live website
 	 	- Will participate in becoming a member of the Sponsored Community (you will be notified of the membership process via email*)
 	 	- Understand there are no application fee refunds
 	 	NOTE: If multiple applications are submitted for the same domain name, the domain will go to auction.**
