Character:
The entire character should be in black & white, remnant of colorless cartoons from the 1930's, taking on a rubber hose type style. Old Micky Mouse & Betty Boop Cartoons and also inspirations like Cuphead, the character Spinel from Steven Universe, and Bendy & Ink Machine style of animation.

As for the actual face itself, having it inspired by one of Derpixion's mime girls on the left works well enough for me. I like how the eyes are, the nose, how they eyes are. The star on the cheek doesn't need to be there though!

For extra fun lets make her a rabbit, give her some bunny ears (no human ears, she has two ears and they just so happen to be bunny!)
