Note: Haruhi TV airing order = the Bluray order.

Order you should watch the Bluray episodes in:
Season 1:
25 - 01 - 02 - 07 - 03 - 10 - 09 - 11 - 28 - 04 - 27 - 26 - 05 - 06

Season 2: (12-19 are endless eight)
08 - 12 - 13 - 14 - 15 - 16 - 17 - 18 - 19 - 20 - 21 - 22 - 23 - 24

So, watch episode 25, then episode 1, then 2, then 7, if you're downloading the blurays.

How to know if you're doing it right:
Chronological MASTER RACE Order: The first episode talks about santa.
TV/Bluray (SHIT) order: First episode: Adventures of Mikuru. (starts in Black & White or some recording effects), Second episode: Talks about santa. If your episodes are like this, proceed to renaming them using the chart below.
