  1. A lot of the people that don't get their games done have a reputation for being flaky players - so I avoided buying people with this reputation and it worked out. Even the more suspect schedulers on my team only needed a HL in the main chat to get them to play. There's definitely a trickle-down effect in a lot of these tours where your managers don't care, then team doesn't do well, and finally the players don't play well or at all.
