A quaint litlle village resides near a pond, someone puts something in it, a few days later people report a metallic taste in their mouths.

A few weeks later and the steelflesh has consumed it all, the houses whirring quietly as the citizens walk around, a little girl screeches something unintelligible in a digital tone, her tongue now a mettalic claw clicking and clacking for food.

Life goes on.

A expedition on a abandoned area near   kefume city starts, the crew consists of four young soldiers and five scientists, they are all smilling or chuckling as the head scientist calmly states their mission to study the local lifeforms.

The last report that the headquarters received before transmission terminated was that of two young men and three women, running away as their fellow companions got ripped apart by what looked like a gigantic grey worm, sharp bony blade like limbs surrounding every single inch of  it's head.

A line of equally biomechanified people stand by the doorstep of the tent alongside the plains, their wirring and clacking being heard from a distance away .
