damage and execution. Its not like a huge difference that you fell to the bottom of the roster, but just checking in to see if there's anything to it
You had jumped up towards the top of the roster going from nyalotha to nathria, so I wanted to check in and see how you're doing

and thats cause of loot/legendary.
as far as execution is concerned idk

Sorry I didnt get back to you last night, I fell asleep after our officer meeting
I'm not the best person to convey the concerns that a few of the officers mentioned, as I haven't been seeing them, so we opened a conference room channel to make it easier for them to bring it up for discussion, you know how that process works and it seemed to be super helpful in the past
Beyond that, I mentioned in the midweek channel, I’m reaching out to everyone to get their thoughts and opinions on a variety of things.  Before I get to the more targeted questions, is there anything you want to get off your chest about your own play, the team, the raid, the people, the game, anything?

So I think there's been a huge improvement, like I said, going from shaman in Nyalotha to Mage in Nathria, do you think it was simply changing classes or was there something you did differently this time around?

I would say both, being a mage makes a lot of things easier but I also just approached the tier differently

One of the things that i've been asking everyone is whether or not you think that you, or the team, would benefit from taking a week or few off? We found a lot of guilds took time off after killing Sire, so its something I wanted to ask everyone's opinions on

well a break after this week would line up with poe league start :stuck_out_tongue: but in all seriousness im not sure taking a break would even be a benefit to the team. I would say taking a break at some point between now and next tier should happen, but maybe after we figure out how to do the raid

I don't really pay attention to those kind of things... something I told myself I'd do after my last guild. I try to just blast and kill bosses

there was a period of time I told myself I'd never want to be an officer again a few years ago

I do feel like last night I somewhat caught you off guard, and that was entirely my fault for not having the appropriate information to bring to you, so hopefully the others will be able to articulate any concerns they may have. LIke I said, we have been very impressed with our improvement in this tier compared to Nyalotha
