Thank you for your submission!

Your case number is #534826. We have dispatched our elite band of Support Ninjas to assist you with your issue.

In the meantime, we are sending you two secret Humble Bundle weapons to help you with combating the evil forces of frustration and confusion.

One is the Order Resender link, a mystical tool that will seek out and retrieve your past orders from the realms of beyond.

The other weapon is the Support Center , an ancient tome crafted from the roots of a knowledge tree and imbued with magical runes by the Humble Bundlers of old.

The Support Ninjas will do their best to assist you but please note they also need their rest! Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time.

If these weapons have helped you drive off the mercenaries that were invading your quaint mountain village, or if everything is peaceful again, then reply to this email with "#resolve” (don't forget that 8 pointed ninja star: #) and our ninjas will swiftly and silently retreat.
