User Experience: There have been around 50 cases where customers are required to enter a parental PIN when they play contents, but they ensure that they have never set/established any parental PIN before. Besides, when we give steps them to disable the PIN on the website, the can see the option "set PIN parental" (which means they say the truth and they had never established any parental PIN").
