Why?:
- High Elo: Cow in top lane? Free scaling? Conqueror build is the best scaling build for Garen
- Mid Elo: Same as High Elo
- Low Elo: Same as High Elo

How to win?:
- High Elo: Save your Q for when he Headbutts you so you can remove the Headbutt slow and use Ghost. He should easily be dead by then.
- Mid Elo: Same as High Elo
- Low Elo: Same as High Elo

General Tips:
If he's so easy, why is he a 2/Minor threat? Because he has insane gank setup and disengage, so you must always pay attention to the map if you want to go all in to kill him, plus with his Ultimate, he becomes hard as heck to kill.
