Which you woudln't have to, but now that there's an organization out there, which is owned by somebody, claiming ownership of this particular discord server, you really can be held accountable.
so is Psychcentral the parent organization here, or is "The Haven"  an independent organization?
If "The Haven" should only be inofficially tied to Psychcentral, that would make Discord the only service you render
As the forums seem to be in the hands of an organization you have no official ties with
So as it stands, your organization is based on the property of the absolute owner, Discord, which is not a non-profit organization. This reeks of very, very serious trouble with the IRS and Discord.
And by that I mean,  Discord owns the Discord Server,  without the server you're not rendering a service. This could be interpreted as a money laundering operation.
