  1. GCap Media is a British commercial radio company formed from the merger of the Capital Radio Group and GWR Group. The merger was completed in May 2005. On 31 March 2008 the company agreed a takeover by Lagardère Active for £375 million. This was completed on 6 June 2008. In 2018, Lagardère sold GCap Media to Czech Media Invest, which is owned by Czech billionaire Daniel Křetínský. The company is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

  4. Capital FM is a network of twenty independent contemporary hit radio stations in the United Kingdom, broadcasting a mix of local and networked programming. The stations are owned and operated by GCap Media. As of June 2018, the stations serve a combined weekly audience of 7.4 million listeners and target a core audience in the 15–34 age group; 57% of all listeners are within this demographic.
