DIO's Last Monologue

Done reading his diary for the third time today, DIO placed his book back on it's shelf before feeling the presence of a certain midget hiding nearby.
"Nukesaku, what are you doing here? I thought I ordered you give me an update on the Joestar group." The vampire glared at his servant with disdain.
"Lord DIO! It's too dangerous! I'm scared!" The two faced zombie shows up from his hiding spot and pleads for mercy on Dio's feet.
"There's nothing to worry about, you coward." Dio picks the pathetic little creature from the ground. "Kenny G. has already killed that useless dog for me, so even if Vanilla Ice doesn't manage to kill anyone now that I turned him into a vampire, their morale should be neutered. Go!"
"Lord DIO! Noooo!" Nukesaku screams as his master throws him down the stairs, grinning as the small man falls down towards the 2nd floor.
"I'm sure Pucci will be able to find this diary somehow." DIO speaks to himself as he lays in his bed. "Even if they manage to defeat me, fate was kind enough to give my friend Whitesnake..."

"...What?" The vampire's eyes open after feeling the heat beneath his floor.
Annoyed, he places his hand on the floor and freezes one of the tiles, standing still and focusing to spread the ice around his room, coating it completely.
"I can't believe that weakling is trying to burn me alive. What a desperate move... While that does bring me nice, nostalgic memories, there's no reason to worry about fire now that I got my freezing abilities back." DIO chuckles, reminiscing about fighting his younger brother in a fiery mansion when he was younger.
"I made sure to have a great meal yesterday, so my regeneration is likely at it's peak." DIO says, feeling the blood of his prey running through Jonathan's veins. "Physically I am able to kill them all aside from Joseph and Hitomi, but I hope The World is able to take care of them."
The vampire summons it's golden stand, caressing it's skin with awe.
"It's been a while since I last stopped time." DIO smiles. "I wonder how long he can use this ability now... The old Dio Brando would have cursed Jotaro for forcing him to stop using such a powerful ability to not raise suspicion. But thankfully, I managed see this as another opportunity to strengthen my body. This is why I am completely different from the weakling vampire from 100 years ago."
"Dio Brando was killed by a boat explosion with Jonathan Joestar in 1889. I am simply... DIO."
