Algun tipo de proceso de promocion y/o capacitacion a la gente que lleva tiempo en una misma posicion.
Se me hace injusto que no a todos les ofrezcan la misma capacidad de crecimiento inlcUso cuando llevan mas tiempo colaborando con allied que varios supervisors o QAs.
Y es una situtcion que se repirte muy amenudo y de diferent formas termina siedno injusto al punto que ellos mismo nos convencen que cualquiera puede desenpenar el puesto de cualquier. Asi de nulos son las capacidades que nos demuestran algunas promocions.
El ambiente laboral se siente demasido tenso.
Me gsutaria una filosofia de cuidar a lo asesores para que de ellos nasca cuidar a los clientes.
Que la ponderacion de las survey sea mas justa y honesta.
Si al final del dia el unico inpactado es el bono que percibo aun hacienda todo y cumpliendo las exigencias que imponen, dan ganas de dejar las ahnos trabajados aca y buscar otro lado.
