Ceramic
The two best spots I've found are Bloody Franks, just north of Berkley Springs (there's a bathtub filled with a bazillion plates), and the Vault Tek Agricultural Center (all the flower pots). The WS Golf Club has a decent amount of plates and vases, but nothing that compares to the other two. There's also a fair amount in Sugar Grove in the form of coffee cups. Between those four locations, you can get about 200 ceramic.
Plates, bowls, coffee cups, vases, flowerpots, ash trays, umbrella stands, garden gnomes....

Red Rocket Mega Stop Workshop at the top right of the map. Just make sure to crouch so that you can't be seen on the map to avoid PvP as it is a workshop area.
