- positions himself, inhaling and exhaling the cold air. He moves his left foot forward as he starts moving his arms up and down while repeating the cycle of inhaling and exhaling. He plants his right foot a step behind him as he starts moving.

- Twist...Curls.... reaches... He guides his form in a circular fashion all while leaving footprints and trails in the wake of the snow. Using his Index and middle finger, he leads the relaxed forms with a silent melody.
