So, I know I haven't posted much in the last five months or so. That wasn't intentional, but life has a way of getting out of my hands at the most inconvenient times, I swear. But I have hardly been idle this whole time. I don't actually want to admit to the number of new WIPs I have cooking right now, because it's seriously kind of a lot. I have some ideas on which projects I want to start up next, and what may surprise you all the most is that they're not Fire Emblem at all!

I blame the folks in the Treehouse, personally, but I fell down several rabbit holes of different fandoms over the past five months, including (but not limited to) Naruto and Star Wars. These were both series that I liked before, but it's a lot different now that I've familiarized myself enough with the settings of each to write in them.

At the moment, in addition to the three other longfics that are currently running, I have three more Three Houses longfics ready to start writing: one is a bleak Silver Snow postgame into Verdant Wind hybrid; one is a time travel fic where Byleth accidentally goes *too* far back in time and (among other things) is able to attend her own birth and save Sitri's life; and one that's an AU of A Matched Pair where instead of coming to the timeline of A Matched Pair, Byleth (and Bereth and Claude) end up in a Three Hopes timeline. I have a couple other Fire Emblem ideas on the back burner, but those are the primary ones for FE for right now.

For Naruto, I have *so* many WIPs (you don't understand how many Naruto WIPs I have, it's such a problem), but there's four I want to focus on first. One is a fic where Ino gains the ability to see ghosts and causes all sorts of problems because of it; one is a time travel fic where Team 7 and Hinata go back to the Warring States Era and accidentally become legends as they save the world before it needs saving; one is a time travel fic where Sakura is sent back in time and prevents Minato and Kushina's deaths; and one is a fic where Hinata gets visited by Ōtsutsuki Hamura in a dream and is told what she needs to do to save the world.

For Star Wars, there's only three ideas that have really captivated me so far, though that's subject to change. One is a time travel fic (are you seeing a pattern here?) where Ahsoka accidentally travels back in time while fleeing from the crash site of the Triumphant, and crash-lands on Tatooine a year before Anakin is found by Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon; one is a time travel fic where Anakin's mind/consciousness/what have you gets booted back from his post-ROTJ redemption state to the moment that he storms onto the Tantive IV in ANH, and he proceeds to turn double agent for the Rebellion; and one is a fic where Revan ends up meeting the Exile during the Jedi Civil War, and it fucks *everything* up.

Do I know which of these ideas is actually going to get written first? Fuck no I don't! It could be any one of them, or another WIP, or I could decide to really focus on one fic at a time... I don't know. But, I hope that if you enjoy my writing that you'll be willing to give these fics in other fandoms a whirl, when I get around to them.

Sorry again for disappearing for five months. I'll try not to do that again!
