He was blown backward by the force and yet still landed on his feet at the opposite end of the island, his heels stopping inches from the palm trees ringing the clearing at the end of deep trenches his feet had made in the sand. His eyes bugged out, his fists clenched until his knuckles turned white, and rather than falling to the ground, Heihachi let out a deep, guttural roar, channeling his pain into fury and keeping himself just barely on his feet.
