THE PROPHECY ITSELF

Cy, did you know when I was still a teenager my main "ET buddy" let me in on a ?secret? about plans to oust our own government through their own appearance?

It goes something like this (and this is only a fragment of the whole overall "compounding" story

(A "compounding series of events" is a process whereby the value of an investment (the revelation of an ET reality) increases exponentially over time due to compounding situations.)

I was told some day in the future there would be a point where our own governments would not be trusted. Having failed to unify humanity through various escalating plots of planned conflict.

The ET's (specifically "Others" turn to humanity and talk down to all of us. Saying (deeply simplified) what failures we all are for having destroyed and set our world upside down. That we were not responsible as a people.

Then humanity finds the closest scapegoat. The remaining officials (stooges) who are the left behind as the skeleton crew of our worlds failed government(s) unifications.

Humanity at large is 10x worse that it is now. People walk back and forth and wonder about eating and NOT about living. Infrastructure is weak and the system is largely broken and there are alot of mouths to feed and many going hungry.

The only news is seen on large bulletin board screens (yes folks, before your HDTV flat screens even existed this tall tale was being whispered about by one ET).

The Other's visit city by city calling out to the remaining leaders and urging it's people to give up rights to what remains of our collective civilizations. (This implies that the main root of many governments probably are no longer operational or simply are non-existent...hard to believe I know).

In return for cooperation, food and supplies will be delivered to our "oh sooo irresponsible" people.

Refusal means that a city is on it's last legs. It's food supply dwindling and it people dying or moving from area to area in search of the necessities of life.

The story is very clear on this point:

Failure to turn over power is the same as a slow death sentence of ET non-interference. Some unspecified cities in the "tall tale" refuse anyway. Who knows what happens to them or it's people.

Those who give in, receive what they are given. Eventually a world government is set up with human and non-human representatives. All the former civil (dunno about the military) servants in our government are arrested and public outcry ensues over our leaders former actions.

This breeds sentiments in the story that we couldn't do it alone. The world is split up in areas not number more than (I think it was 12) with three tiers of non-human representatives in our newly established government.

Our lives (those who lived past the War) are managed from afar and above. The world is fixed. And technology exchanges are made but we cannot touch nor control most of the technology ourselves.

We are dependents of a foreign culture. Having "signed" away everything.

Eventually there are few spread out who don't succumb to the newly established world. They smuggle food and resources to maintain the camps beyond normal civilization. Out in the middle of nowhere where non-participating members of humanity remain (remember it's on a per city basis at the beginning).

The ET's send out instructions (fuzzy) to make a distinction between those who participate and those who do not.

The world (those who participate) are fairly happy. We have the ET's advanced technology (though we can't touch or control it) to support our world. The brief period of starvation and hunger is over thanks to "The Others".

The world is maintained. (if you agree)

Eventually "the Others" start to stigmatize those who will not turn over their authority to them. They make the non-participators to somehow be the scum of the universe.

They don't carry the emblems that signify the "new age" (I call it that, not her).

They (The Others) also start to receive flak about our beliefs systems. So they make one belief system and invalidate all others.

It's an us vs them in the world. Your either supporting these "kind and good beings". (Which are hyper intelligent and which some look amazingly divine and flawless) or you are a someone to be reviled because you are taking resources from those who have agreed.

To give non-participators good food and resources is "wrong".

Religious and cultural instability is resolved the hard way. The Others send out word that the trouble makers have to be removed and killed.

But humanity doesn't care, because non-participators are "wrong". They are not a part of the new world (again my own word for it). Their beliefs and everything of the old world that lead to a crippled humanity is to be purged.

The participating world obeys in the tall tale. Millions are shuffled about and nullified.

Meantime, the world confronts a second group of ET's. They say and demonstrate about the lies being uttered by "The Others". Showing humanity about what they are really doing and how what the world generally perceived the situation to be isn't actually what the inhabitants of that time think it is.

Eventually a war, and a decimated "scorched earth". Hardly anything survived in the end according to one possible end of this tall tale.

A reset period of sorts.

Choices brought down humanity and so did desperation. What appeared to be truth brought down and set up the conditions that resulted in the majority of it to it's knees.

Careful about reaching out for hope beyond the stars. You might catch a flame that sets everything on fire.

If you are wondering what the tall tale says about the real PTB and what they did with their time....

They built forts and stocked it with everything needed according to the tall tale teller. They were warned of it a long time ago. They funneled away precious metals and resources and propped up humanity on an empty shell that only needs to last until the scenario begins to take shape.

The tall tale teller had recounted how they needed something with which to restart humanity once the period of destruction was over.

They abandoned the rest of humanity being aware of what was coming to greet them at their doorstep. They abandoned spaceship Earth. They set up a skeleton government of the gullible in the midst of the crisis and they hid themselves away.

Knowing full well that they didn't have a chance in the tall tale.

Some, the tall tale teller said, clamored away because of their conscience that they must at least try something. Resources were the teller says were dispatched as long as it didn't affect the main survival strategy.

The tall tale teller said that is where an SDI program of sorts was born.

But the tall tale teller said that it was never about success in the minds of the non-public PTB.

It was about being human.

To a minority within the non-public PTB who felt they needed to at least try. To relieve their conscience that they had to do something even if everyone held the belief that it was surely a failure.

Some of the tall tale teller believe it was a waste of resources.

Assuming you believe the tall tale teller to begin with. (my "ET buddy")

I think it is very nihilistic.

But all the ones I have met say generally the same.

So I guess she is not alone in this tall tale of our future.

It may shed some light for some as to what the reasons are for the waiting and waiting.

If you ever see a second alien faction send it's messengers for the world to hear a counter message. You might want to heed it's warning if it rings true for you at that time.

I'd like to be optimistic, but some of the scenarios I have been introduced to are so intelligent and well crafted....that it is far scarier than the Nazi's.

If I were to write all my thoughts and views down it would read like a plausible horror novel where we all stick out heads in the ground and hope to God that it never becomes a part of history.

As best as I can figure, there is a basic core scenario and conversations that depicts a plan for changing our soceity amidst of disaster as the main driving engine.

Scenario: Contact and Disclosure 101 by specific Malevolent ET

Let me use representational metaphors to cut down on the typing time.

Imagine a granite counter top --> this substance represents the bonds between ideas and our worldly paradigm.

It's stiff, strong and very brittle. You can't change this granite counter top without fracturing it.

But take a high heat or high speed impact that melts the counter top in a very short amount of time....and you can create a momentary molten counter top which can be altered by intelligent posturing and interactions within this prime opportunity.

The catalyst can be anything from severe natural disasters (see abductions accounts) severe periods of instability by war (see abduction accounts) and general flux of societal constants.

If the conditions are just right, and the planning is just right, you can reshape and alter the counter top in a very short amount of time.

As long as the catalyst is present to keep the counter top briefly molten and in a plastic lava like flux things can be significantly altered and extracted.

The individuals who lived in the granite age will go in intact milliseconds before the catalyst hits the counter top. They can come out the other side and will look totally different in numbers, attitude and composition of people.

Cataclysms bolted to Disclosure and Contact is a Prime opportunity. It could be said that in a malevolent way, it is extremely convenient from a Nation World building perspective.

--You can delay significant aide just briefly or long enough to allow for humanities numbers to dwindle in just a few days or short weeks.

Once the infrastructure is gone, the population plummets as the hours tick by. Call it the population bottle neck. What comes out is far more reduced than what went through the epic crunch.

--You can disguise tragedy cataclysms as part of a "human condition" problem.

As some of the less savory ET's confided, if the event is severe enough the shock of the interruption can create new avenues of societal re-structuring if the populace believes it is their own fault.

All that needs to be portrayed is the Trojan Horse solution.

---Once inside the gates the Nation building / World Building occurs.

Governmental powers are given the option to surrender their sovereign power over their territories at the ignorant behest of the people.

The territories of the world are cut up into world sections with appointed leaders.

---Propaganda can be issued to the masses through the remaining media and infrastructure at first, then later by "prop media".

Call it....."The Golden Age"

Recall the capitalism does not work when the infrastructure fall apart. It is capitalism greatest weakness.

---The Natural and War disasters will take out most of the infrastructure and repositories of knowledge and continuity.

Now you just need to apply the winepress to bleed out the figures in a community that trample on the rebuilding efforts.

Even if it is absolutely necessary to turn the people against certain subsets.

---The old world begins to die off. Culture, Religions, Societal norms and many old styles of thinking.

Replaced by one power, one mind, one vision. (oh spooky!! hehe)

As long as the world is happy after the reconstruction and the numbers of distributed replications of old world knowledge is curbed...then you can fully absorb an entire world by taking the reins from the people and putting it in foreign hands.

The majority of the historical accounts of negative beings will be wiped from the slate.

** No John Montaldos
** No unsanctioned Contactees / Abductees to tell "tall tales"
** No lawsuits
** Few Human based government stragglers
** Hybrid leaders (and likely a hybrid presence to alter the human genome)

** A significant changed to world power structures
** Replacements and planned changes to world beliefs

** Clean Energy
** Controlled Population numbers

Of course like all scenario's...there are always anticipated hitches that cannot be completed corrected.

Like a foreign party which opposes the Nation / World building especially under such circumstances.

What happens when a greatly sublimated world and culture has two opposing influences on the granite counter top?

How does it end?

I suppose a catastrophic "reset" period.

7 Billion people going through a severe ?historical? bottle neck I guess.

Anyway, I view the whole situations of Disclosure and Contact as simply a matter of planned scenarios with severe [foretold] consequences.

The Malevolent ones I don't think will act until the conditions for a successful scenario is primed.

They are seemingly keeping tabs on our nuclear stockpile. Probably [conjecture] to make sure that the can control the catalytic reaction when it comes to show time.

And I do not believe that our current world powers are all that ignorant of the situation. According to one ET account, they have known about it for 90 years.

Perhaps that is why they invested so much time and effort into building hardened facilities below ground. Or the building of seed banks and repositories for a restart.

Perhaps that is also why they won't acknowledge any alien presence, no matter how abundantly clear it becomes.

It's all hear say anyway. As long as the ET's keep overtly obfuscating the waters and playing shadow games with public perception. There isn't anything they could do about it anyway.
