  1. Wow that happened. All of us are insane. This whole thing was a lot of fun and I'm glad I tested myself to actually stay awake long enough to do this. I'm mostly happy to have finished, and glad my estimates weren't too far off.
  2.
  3. Uuuh...Times
  4.
  5. MM1 24:58
  6. RM2 31:35 (+14s on PB)
  7. MM3 39:18
  8. MM4 41:25 (+57s)
  9. MM5 41:45 (+25s)
  10. MM6 40:21
  11. MM7 54:35 (second sub 58)
  12. RM&F 01:04:24 (-3s on (now old) PB)
  13. MM8 57:35
  14. MM9 42:25
  15. MM10 48:16

  17. I missed the MM1 Wily 3 baby zip. Mega Man 6 obviously got a little sloppy. I happy I kept up with Orrsa through the NES era, and that I played my strongest games (outside the 8s) well. Apparently I need to PB in RM2 because I didn't go for any Wily zips, didn't save any crash bombs for Wily Machine, and still was only 14 seconds off.
  18.
  19. The SNES games are where I really started to fall behind but I played well for what I know. MM7 is a game I want to get better at and, you know, stop dying to Bust Man. Mega Man 8's time was a little slow but I didn't really practice it at all. All in all I'm happy with what I did
  20.
  21. MMX1 44:42 (100%)
  22. MMX2 48:00 (ow)
  23. MMX3 56:13 (PB)
  24. MMX4 1:06:25
  25. MMX5 1:27:39 (-15:57 RTA PB*)
  26. MMX6 1:23:07
  27. MMX7 2:00:40 (PB)
  28. MMX8 1:08:57
  29.
  30. This actually went well for me. The worst of it - MMX2 had a bad CH2 where I couldn't get under the platforms twice, and MMX6 Sigma wouldn't cooperate with me for a while. The MMX3 any% PB was nice. MMX4 was the roughly 3 minute PB over my 100% time that I expected by dropping 100% from my requirements and not revisiting a level. MMX5 was a huge RTA PB because I haven't gone back to formalize the time save I knew I had from a practice run that didn't finish.
  31.
  32. MMZ1 1:25:58 (PB)
  33. MMZ2 1:42:27
  34. MMZ3 1:36:16 (PB)
  35. MMZ4 1:24:00 ish
  36.
  37. When I was starting to practice, I was figuring on 2 hours per Zero game. I might not have the best times in the world here, but I'm pretty happy with how this worked out. Zero 2 I need to learn that last drop off a ladder so I don't hit the Spikes and lose even more PBs there, but otherwise Zero 2 and 3 were pretty awesome. There was more than one instance of "Wait I got an EX Skill?" and "WHAT IS THIS ATTACK?!" because I actually held onto A Rank (whether I was supposed to or not). Thank you everyone who was watching for pushing me through Zero 4.

  39. I mean....this was awesome. It was fun to watch. Shout outs to KylePrecise's restream that I didn't get to watch much of but ended up fake-commentating for. Shout outs to Tonic for organizing, Orrsa for being a beast and winning the whole thing, UsedPizza and Trogdor for also being beasts and that amazing 7 seconds of separation, Infinite Mystery for again being the Iron Man of gaming, ShadowOzzy and Eldra for giving it their all. It's a damn shame we couldn't get CrakAttack on race day, I wanted to see how he did on run #2.

  41. This was a lot of fun and I will probably do another big dumb race again one day :) These things are always fun for the community. In conclusion I'm bad at speeches. Thanks everyone!
