download this its an ftp software you'll use to access the server's files
I will give you the information you need to log in to the servers ftp

in order from left to right of what you need to enter in the top 4 blank bars in the software here is what youll type

Host: ny-src2-236.serenityservers.net:21

Username: JacobF

Password: i6J18kGe0a

Port: 27025

then you quick connect and you will be in
now you'll have access to pretty much every file in the server and you will be able to modify anything
