  1. PBN - Easy come easy go
  2. The last 1 year or so, I've had a hard time with ranking. I've fully optimized my sites, h1's, titles, metas, content, images, speed, so on! I've payed closed attention to anchor link diversity and so on. I've done tons of citations, optimized Google my business, Google circle, some social signals.

  14. Lately, with PBN links, I've been ordering the more expensive ones from here ($150 for ten posts). I go from the second page to the first-page (third link) in 2-3 days of receiving the PBN report, amazing results. But, after five days, my results go right back to the position I was at before (second page).
  15. Has this been happening to you?
  16. Ofcourse it happen and in my case its like that since late 2020 i think, but some guys have luck and rank somehow. However its hard.. believe me its nothing much better even with the expensive guest posts that you can pay $200-500 for just 1 link
  17. Thats why I am quite reluctant to buy any pbn links. If pbn is your own network, no selling links, they will be very powerful. But, sold/public pbns, personally, just a matter of time before google sees those, no matter how powerful they are.
  18. Also, in your position, it could be dancing.
  19. I observe my competitors. They use lots of pbn, and they stay on top for at least a week, before my site takes the place.
  20. Thank you Kid1810. So the trick is to have my own PBN? How much time, cost and work does it take to have your own PBN?I've noticed quite a lot of sites that I follow permanently bounce around. In the niches I follow. No site seems to hold position 1 for a given search term, like in the past where you could get to no1 and forget building links for several months.

  24. I would say either its the PBN; is it possible that your posts are being pushed off the homepage and thats causing ranking to drop? Might be worth looking at permanent homepage PBN links if you haven't already.
  25. And/or try your own PBN, its definitely going to be more effective.
  26. Aside from that, have you considered it could be your content and/or your bounce rate. There is some theory that google use bounce rate as a factor when ranking sites, so maybe its coming to page 1, then visitors are coming back to google and clicking on other results. That is in turn pushing your site back down. Just an idea.

  29. Yep, best is to have your own pbn. However, it would take lots of time and effort and money and experience to setup decent pbn with no footprint. I am no expert in that so can't give useful advice. And, I don't use pbn.
  30. You can also take into consideration and research about the issue which Davis mentioned.Websiteargo-content.com
  31. bought PBNs aren't "real" PBN's unless you are the only one who gets links from it, thats the whole point.
  32. thats also why you see rankings drop as your links drop while newly sold links get added and the sites turn into link farms.
  33. ?
  34. Very valid points! The PBN I get only allows 25 OBL and all links stay on the homepage ( I think).
  35. My bounce rate is 55% and could use some improvement, however, I compare it to the sites that stay on the homepage all year round and their sites don't have anything we don't have.

  40. How is your content? Is it optimized for users? Does the user get what he searches for? UX is becoming more important nowadays
  41. Yeah, it happens almost with every site. As pbn links are not good for long future websites. They are just for to rank for some time.
  42. I believe the answer to this is Natural link building and Link Velocity. You don't want to get links for 2 weeks in a row and nothing at all for 2 months straight. And OP, could you tell me if after coming back to the same position after 5 days - Do the remain in the same position or do they bounce around?

  48. What I mean to say is - you will not rank permanently or keep up your current ranking by purchasing a one-time SEO package. If you decide on building links then think of it as a long-term project. Even if you build 1 link per month - do it consistently. Google definitely sees link velocity as a ranking factor.

  50. Bold the Word PRIVATE
  51. its a too short period of time
  52. do you think that afther 2 days google indexed the sites
  53. This seems rational - that those sold pbn links are effectively only in for small time period.
  54. My experience with links sold here are negative so far, bought something like 10 of them for 100$
  55. The only effect was that traffic increased but conversations did not, i am not going to buy any of these kind of links anymore.
  56. i am going to try high quality links with articles like 200-400 a piece
  57. Thank you Kid1810. So the trick is to have my own PBN? How much time, cost and work does it take to have your own PBN?
  58. It surely takes some time and money to build your own pbn, but the thing you'll need the most is knowledge. I'd not recommend trying to build pbns yourself unless you have some decent experience (both positive and negative). Find someone who will show you how it works or experiment yourself (just do it not with your main project).WebsiteDomainHunterGatherer.com

  62. If that is the case you are buying links on a site with 25 OBL on it's homepage. So the owner has setup this site to sell only 25 links from it; you said you are paying $10 per link so they are getting a max of $250 per site.
  63. At $250 a site how long do you think the owner will be maintaining and hosting the sites? Will the domains be of high quality? Will the content be of high quality?
  64. I am always very wary of people selling PBN links as the only PBNs I've seen selling these links has been on poor quality domains, oversold links and the links themselves will go down at some point that year.
  65. You are buying permanent homepage links on high quality PBN sites but you are getting temporary links on shitty PBN sites.
