FM no THTD route (vanilla)

The route:
- Do dual runs with vanilla to aid optimal resets
- Start with Raigeki and Dark Energy, Black Pendant or Malevolent Nuzzler (monsters don't matter a lot)
- Grind ~15 Villager 1 for females, stones, Milus Radiant, Elf's Light, and star chips
	> Option to skip and do DMK instead with good decks (gives Yami!)
- Buy some/all of these cards:
	> Dancing Elf
	> Key Mace
	> Queen's Double
	> Ancient Jar
	> Pot the Trick
	> Milus Radiant
- Farm ~20 Mai BCD for equips, Mountain and sun chicken material
	> SA-POW might be better; gives Mystical Elf, Ansatsu, Axe Raider, Pale Beast, Mystic Horseman and La Jinn
- Buy Wasteland (and Yami when you can afford it)
- Rush to Desert, then Meadow
- Farm Meadow for 2 MBD, or 1 MBD and 3 combined SK/DM
	> Buy magics as you accumulate star chips; Mountain, Magical Labyrinth, Cursebreaker
