  97. The Pool of Stars.
  98. This location is flooded with shallow, crystal clear water. Meeting in the radiant heart of New Celest, the broad city streets come together in a large, open plaza of marbled stone. Rising in the centre of the plaza is a structure of noble and luminescent pillars which suspend a round, ring-shaped platform twenty feet above the light-studded surface of the pool below. The atmosphere within the structure and around the pool bristles with a warm, electrical energy, giving a slightly disorienting sense of dizziness and euphoria. A gradually ascending stairway winds its way about the inside of the pillars, leading towards the upper level of the structure and offering a bird's eye view of the pool. An enormously wide circular pool, as dark as the night sky, glitters softly between the columns. His form suffused with soft light, the Keeper of the Pool of Stars stands here attentively. A statue of Zenobia the Queen of Queens stands here, memorializing her noble spirit. An imposing sword of radiant white metal has been driven deep into the ground in a silent statement of intent. A mosaic tiled chest stands here, ready to share donations given. There are 10 archons of Eternal Light here. There are 10 cavaliers of the Light here. There are 10 Kusalas of the Tahtetso here. Glowing gently with a soft blue light, a delicate dreamcatcher has been permanently hung here. In the shape of an open palm, a metallic sigil lies here. Yshatue, an azure mist-whale, drifts silently on a blanket of argent mist. Muginn, the ghost-feathered magpie perches here with a mischievous glint in his eye. Limned with holy fire, a radiant archangel hovers here, wings outstretched. Starlight shrouds a wanderer in the mist here within a twinkling mantle of sidereal radiance.

  105. Pale, watery light floats away from a shield shrine of Carakhan nearby. This location is flooded with shallow, crystal clear water. There is a very light rain shower. The flat, grassy lawn of the city park slopes gently downwards and then drops abruptly to the edge of a shallow pond. Large, tame, white ducks paddle lazily back and forth, occasionally bobbing their heads below the surface. On the south end of the pond, water lilies create a solid blanket of green which barely breaks the surface of the water.

  239. This location is flooded with shallow, crystal clear water. It is quite mild. A thin pathway leads centrally down towards a vast wooden platform, at the back of which rest vibrant red curtains which obfuscate the interior from view. Ten neat rows of seats rest in front of the stage, each comfortably partitioned to seat five separate beings. The smooth gravel that glides in from the north changes to a fine, misty golden sand that bears the footprints of many individuals. Immediately in front of the viewing area is a massive stage roughly fifteen feet deep and thirty feet wide. Embedded deep within the crystal roof is a small globe of multi-faceted glass that reflects precise beams of light down on to the stage, a few of the smooth sides tinted in a variety of colours. Embedded in the wood on the right-hand side of the stage is a small crystal globe that holds a pale light. There are 2 cushioned crystalline benches here. A milestone of white marble rests here upon a low dais. In the shape of an open palm, a metallic sigil lies here. There are 2 simple platters of summer fruit here.
