- Frosty Mod Manager
- A video game utility program called Frosty Mod Manager is designed to help users organize and manage mods for their various games. This program is both a mod manager and a mod editor, allowing players to create and apply their mods to their games.
- What is the frosty mod manager?
- If you're a gamer, you've probably heard of or used a mod in a video game. What exactly is a mod? A mod is a modification to a video game made by players or fans that alters one or more aspects of the game. Mods are trendy among video game lovers. Some players can become fans of specific mods, and others like to make mods themselves.Frosty Mod Manager works for games running on the Frostbite game engine developed by DICE. Mass Effect: Andromeda, Mirrors Edge: Catalyst, Dragon Age: Inquisition, FIFA 17, and other games are supported. This handy modding tool, created by the Frosty Development Team, is considered the most advanced modding platform for games using DICE's Frostbite game engine. It's not just a manager program. It also comes with a mod editor for those who want to create their mods and apply them to Frosty-compatible games. Frosty Editor can be used to edit and develop MODs on your own.
- Frosty Mod Manager Features
- This program has both an Editor and a Manager mode, allowing you to create and test mods quickly. Mods can be installed directly from RAR, ZIP, and 7z archives using the mod manager. It is possible to run games and the manager from a command line. You can drag and drop all of the mod components they want to install or remove from their computers and start playing their favorite games with a sense of satisfaction, thanks to a simple and powerful interface. The user interface is well-organized, with sections for quick review and navigation. You can choose from various windows, including the Game Selector, which allows the user to review and navigate their options quickly. The Properties Window shows each game component's current state; the Game Dial will enable you to browse a set of game components.

- Frosty Tool Suite Tutorial
- Frosty ToolSuite was developed and released by GalaxyEham.
- These tutorials will quickly walk you through a basic understanding of how to begin using the Frosty Mod Manager as well as the Frosty Editor Tools
- The Frosty Mod Manager allows you load mods created by others or yourself, and to view which files specifically are being affected. It also acts as a game launcher so that mods are only applied for that instance, making it easy to play the vanilla game again.
- The Frosty Editor is a unique tool that allows you to customize your MEA experience to your own liking. It is a powerful tool and these tutorials only touch the surface of what can be done with it. Everything from texture modding to character stats to weapon mods, this tool is all you need to create your favorite MEA experience. The Editor also acts as a game launcher, only writing to file for that instance. If you want to play vanilla, launch as you normally would through the game's .exe or Origin
- Included are excel spreadsheets with the location of powerstats, weaponstats, armorstats, and playerstats for easy reference. Updated to Patch 1.09.
- Shout out to bikeracer4487 for providing the armorstats spreadsheet! Thanks!
- The tutorial was made with Frosty 1.0.1a, but remain essentially the same. see the change log offered by the DEV on Github for specifics.
- NOTE: The excel spreadsheets may not be updated past patch 1.09.
- I am not the author of this tool, please report all issues to the following discord server https://discord.gg/Q4uEtYB in the'TroubleShooting' channel.
- The focus of the Frosty Editor Tutorial is on Playable Characters, Weapons, and Powers, but should give you great way to start modding with the tool.
