mentions the North Dakota State Capitol building. By an abbreviated name that makes it seem that Carson Wentz once graced its halls. By a wrong name, the parody highlights the North Dakota State Capitol building. For being ugly. And the North Dakota State Capitol building IS ugly. It looks like a high-rise prison.

Apparently the first capitol building burned. The current North Dakota State Capitol building replaced it. If the only alternative for replacement of the first capitol building was the current capitol building, North Dakota should have left the charred rubble.
