  1. Pirates have been a scourge of the high seas the very moment man discovered to sail across it, and that hasn't changed! They still remain a wide threat throughout the world, and come in all shapes and sizes. From your swashbuckling corsair to a sly gunmen, Pirates gather together for one common goal in mind: To plunder whatever treasure they may reap!

  3. Pirates are by far the most common of criminals, and as one may guess, also one of the common people found living within the pit. Whether it's to be given the opportunity to plunder more, or pardon themselves of their past crimes, many pirates have answered the call to adventurers to delve into the depths of the Abyss.

  6. Pirates are a versatile fighter that mixes together cheap tricks with both gun and swordplay. Theyre exceptionally skilled at duels thanks to their ability to trick or disable their foes.

  10. Select two professions: Acrobatics, Climbing, Deception, History, Intimidation, Investigation, Occult, Performance, Persuasion, Sense Motive, Sleight of Hand, Stealth, Swimming

  14. High Seas Fighting: Pirates make use of outmaneuvering and capitalizing on their enemy's mistakes. When an enemy fails an attack against you, and you're within attack range, you have a 30% chance to be granted a free counter attack against that enemy. This scales with level, becoming 50% at level 5, and becoming a guaranteed counter attack at level 7. You may only make one counter attack.

  16. Opportune Shot: Upon making a melee attack, if they have a loaded gun, the pirate may immediately fire it as a second attack.

  21. Cheap Tricks: Pirates are skilled in using dirty tricks to outsmart their foes. When a pirate is grappled, they make a quick, albeit dirty attack that potentially interrupts the grapple. They roll advantage against the grapple, and potentially stagger the target for one round if the attack is well-placed.

  27. Ability Score Enhancement: Add +1 point to an ability score of your choosing

  31. Surprise Shot: The Pirate may quickly fire a shot onto the opponent. The target must make a DC14(10+Pirate level+Agility level) save or be stunned for their next turn.

  33. NOTE: Targets gain stacking stun resistance every time they're stunned. (+5 bonus to resisting the DC, lasting for 2 rounds)

  37. High Seas Prodigy: The chance for a counter attack is increased to 50%.

  39. Quick load: You've become exceptionally fast and skilled at reloading your guns. It only takes a standard action (rather than a full-round action) to reload your gun, which allows you to fire it on the same round of reloading.

  43. Ability Score Enhancement: Add +1 to an ability score of your choosing.

  47. Eye for Gold: A Pirate's eye for treasure is far more keen than others. The pirate gains an extra amount of gold whenever they discover valuables. Additionally, they gain a bonus to finding treasure. If the pirate doesn't have it already, they automatically gain the Appraisal profession.

  49. They gain a bonus to their appraisal profession, equal to their charisma.

  52. High Seas Mastery: You're guaranteed a free counter attack with your High Seas Fighting perk.

  56. Turning the Tides: If you're attacked, you may perform a counter attack, much like the High Seas Fighting perk. If you're critically struck or surviving an attack that threatens death, your attack gains a damage modifier bonus equal to its appropriate ability score. You may only perform one counter attack with this ability.

  66. Grand Entrance: The Pirate may make a quick, yet dazzling lunge into the fray. This lunge may be equal to the amount of space they may normally move in a full action, and end with a quick attack towards the enemy. If they succeed the attack, allies are inspired and gain a +1 bonus to their rolls.

  68. If you critically strike or kill the enemy, all other enemies nearby must make a DC save (10+ 1/2 your pirate level + Charisma score) are fascinated by your amazing attack for one round. Fascinated targets are left staring in awe, and receive a -4 penalty to reacting to any attack made against them.
