	+ lin renxiang is basically the pr campaign manager of the group. she runs all the official rize sns accounts plus her own and even has a folder with archived netizen comments she think will help improve the group. she honestly cares about the public opinion a little TOO much and wears herself out trying to live up to their expectations. maintaining rize's image (more importantly, her own) is, in her opinion, the most crucial part of her job. dubbing herself rize's personal media training, ren is always nagging at the other members to stop slouching or close their legs when they're sitting or to stop eating like a pig. she has no problem using choice words to get her point across. she takes her role as the visual very seriously and gets up a full two hours earlier than the rest of the members so she can make sure her makeup is flawless. she whitewashes the FUCK out of her pictures, despite the fact she's already pale.
	ren is extremely insecure (although she's good at hiding it) and has to constantly tell herself that she doesn't care what others think even though she cares A LOT. her biggest fear is that her fans will turn on her if she makes even the slightest mistake. if she has even one blemish, she doesn't even want to leave her room because she's scared it'll be too prominent in photographs. even though she dislikes many of the members, she still cares about their opinion and hates herself for it. ren gets up earlier than the members not only because she wants to look perfect but also because she's very insecure about her body and the scar on her back, refusing to change in front of them. none of the members know about it and she plans on it staying that way. she would rather die than let the siren see what one of her kin did to her.
	she is also a spectacular actress. she is so good at maintaining her on-camera persona that the members suspect she might actually have dual personalities. if you're not careful, her sugary, bubble-gum pop facade will have you wrapped around her finger and at her beckoning call. she is an aegyo machine and is extremely shameless about it, especially since she knows the fans love it. she's gotten rize a lot of favors because of her sparkly, naive smile.
