Download and install the following program:

Using AppGet:
*Use your PC or your mobile in horizontal mode to see the full command.
AppGet is the only Package Manager that gives you an alternate way to install programs.
1) Visit the following website and search your program:
https://appget.net/packages
After finding your program tap One-Click Install and the will be downloaded and installed automatically!
2) press Windows+R to open Run window, type powershell and press enter.
In powershell, use the following commands to install and update your programs: (the same way as Scoop)
*Change PROGRAM with the program you want

appget search PROGRAM ====================> search for a program
appget install PROGRAM ======================> install a program
