- Greg cupped a hand to his mouth. "Heeeeey! Link! What are you doing goofing around up there?! How about you hurry up and take down that Demon King already?!"
- He then motioned with something above his head before throwing it to Link. It soared through the air seeming without any resistance and made it to the boy. It was a clear golden shining object: the final piece of the Triforce.
- Link reached a hand down and caught it. Fanny noticed and immediately grabbed the remainder of the Triforce from the bag.
- "Here, Link!" Fanny said.
- She flew to him and placed the final piece. Link held the completed Triforce in his hand, and it shone a blinding light. It was as bright as the sun and just as brilliant. The light poured out and spread to the farthest mountains. The jagged cliffs of Death Mountain responded to the light by throwing rainbows into the air.
- Both Ganon and Zelda looked down into the valley. There was a light shining as bright as the sun affixed to the middle of one of the towers. The light pierced their eyes, causing Ganon to cover his face with both hands.
- "Wh-What manner of trickery is this?!"
- Ganon leaned over the edge while enduring the light. The sight below sent his throat rattling in shock. Link dangled from the end on his sword half-dead. in his right hand was the Triforce—the shining Triforce of Wisdom. The bath of light restored Link's strength. He placed the Triforce into his pocket and pulled the bowgun from his back along with a Silver Arrow. He used his teeth to load and prime the arrow. With the string pulled back, he aimed it at the Demon King on the walkway.
- At that moment, Ganon understood the danger that he was in. But he was too late. Link pulled the trigger.
- The Silver Arrow pierced the sky and launched toward Ganon, whose eyes were full of fear. The arrow landed between those very eyes, piercing his forehead. Ganon lurched backward, throwing the Triforce of Power dangling from his neck into the air and onto the ground near Zelda's feet.
- Much like Link had been previously, Ganon stumbled backward and over the railing and into the valley. His pained howl followed him into the depths and echoed the entire way down.
- The Demon King seemed to have perished on the way down. His body disintegrated into dust and was carried off by the wind, and Link was a firsthand witness to it all.
