  1. Story 104
  2.
  3. High Chief Gamor had traveled to find
  4. If the tales and stories were true
  5. A skeptic by nature, he was inclined
  6. To doubt if the Twins could do what they do.
  7.
  8. So he went with his host, to ask them to go
  9. Do a deed that would bring the Twins glory
  10. He asked them to slay, a terrible foe
  11. A dragon they knew only in stories.
  12.
  13. His name was Yvonge, the Terror of the North
  14. It's said no blade could hope to pierce his hide
  15. Smug as can be, he told the to go forth!
  16. To slay this beast, or else they shall die!
  17.
  18. So the Twins went out, to the roof of the world.
  19. Where all legends go to live alone.
  20. They trekked on as the ice storms had swirled.
  21. And came across a tower made of stone.
  22.
  23. The dragon came forth, and battle they did.
  24. Sword and arrow flew, but no good did it do.
  25. Then an idea had formed, and so they hid
  26. The dragon pursued, the strike then hit true!
  27.
  28. With a swipe of his claw, Gurnbrand hit the eyes
  29. The dragon then roared, as Gurnhildr did climb
  30. She lifted her sword and, through thunderous cries.
  31. The dragon fell dead, it was the end of his time.
  32.
  33. So the Twins came back with the head of the beast.
  34. The Chief was stunned, he knew he'd been beat.
  35. In celebration, he threw them a glorious feast
  36. To the Twins of the North! May we drink and eat meat!

  38. Stories 105-106
  39.
  40. High Chief Gamor had traveled to find
  41. If the tales and stories were true
  42. The deed was done and he doubted no more
  43. But doubtful still was his wife, the woman named Tue
  44.
  45. The twins were boasting, calling themselves immortals
  46. Nobody thought this a lie
  47. "We could travel through Hell's portals
  48. and come back alive"
  49.
  50. "Strong they are, that i admit
  51. But strength alone means nothing, so i will bet something
  52. Bring me the paw of the Red Rabbit
  53. It lives in the forest in the west, good hunting"
  54.
  55. The twins laughed, merry and jolly
  56. Drunk off mead and full of meat
  57. "Very well woman" said Gurnbrand "losing this bet is your own folly
  58. Hunting shall be easy compared to the dragon we just beat"
  59.
  60. The twins set off, bows and arrows in tow
  61. To the forest in the west
  62. In the grove where the golden acorns grow
  63. To prove that they are the best
  64.
  65. Soon did the rabbit reveal itself, coming from ruins from the past
  66. Sit daintily on the grove's grass
  67. The twins boasted "Do not move, let's make this fast"
  68. The Rabbit turned around and yelled "kiss my ass"
  69.
  70. Long did they hunt from little to no avail
  71. The Red Rabbit moved with haste
  72. Most of the time the Twins only saw it's tail
  73. Seeming not even a little tired from being chased
  74.
  75. Setting traps didn't help either, the Rabbit was smart
  76. Jumping over the deadly contraptions
  77. This was the rabbit's home, while to Twins they were unknown parts
  78. But they were not here for local attractions
  79.
  80. The hunt finally stopped and the twins exhausted
  81. Defeated, to Tue they returned
  82. Here they heard that the woman had cheated
  83. And from this experience the twins had learned
  84.
  85. "You maybe cunning, fast and strong
  86. But sometimes neither side plays fair
  87. Deceiving your opponent is nothing wrong
  88. And fight the dragon you did dare
  89.
  90. But the beast is still an animal
  91. Fighting is what it knows best
  92. Your methods are like the dragon's; primal
  93. And will be beaten by those smarter than the rest"
  94.
  95. Humbled, the Twins for long studied
  96. Under the tutor of the wise woman, Tue
  97. Someday there would be an enemy that would leave them bloodied
  98. And the Twins would be hunted like the Rabbit, too
  99.
  100. 4 winters and 4 summers their knowledge grew
  101. When across the seas the heard of demonic commotion
  102. Tue let them go and the twins gathered a hardy crew
  103. And with their knowledge the sail across the ocean
  104.
  105. The trek was short and easy with the Twins' leadership
  106. For this wisdom to Tue were the indebted
  107. And in the new lands they faced a hardship
  108. Where their knowledge was needed
