    ➝ it's a nickname that's more of an inside joke, and makes absolutely no sense to anyone who doesn't know jaehyun at all. it comes from his obsessions with all things mango flavoured - lip balm, candles, drinks, anything you can think of - and it's often used to tease him for her obsessive ways, and his endearing habit of buying everything mango flavoured he can find.

	▪ PERSONALITY -
 ↪  it's hard to describe lee jaehyun's personality in one word. he's sweet, and leaks of a puppy like nature that no one can deny. if you asked anyone to name an animal that jaehyun resembled the most, they'd say puppy without giving it a second thought. maybe it's because of his doe eyed expression that leaks of cuteness and innocence, or it might even be due to his clingy nature that he tends to express without even thinking. it could often be due to his immaturity, which isn't surprising, given he's probably one of the younger ones. there's no way that he is mature enough to be an adult, not when he still giggles pathetically at every sexual joke, and his mind tends to wander down that lane even when a statement isn't meant to be perverted. he's still transitioning between being a child and adult, as a newly eighteen year old, and he's not exactly at the point where he can just magically grow up into a mature™ adult over night. in a world full of corruption and evil, jaehyun is as far from that as you can possibly get, sitting on the complete opposite of the spectrum. he's a sweetheart who always looks for the best in people. he's not the type to get mad at people easily, nor is he the type of person to judge people based on what they look like or what they say. he's a firm believer of the saying that actions speak louder than words, and he often likes to give people the benefit of the doubt - he's not the sort to judge before he actually gets to know a person, and even then, he tends to look at their positive traits more than their negative. he has a big heart full of love to give everyone, because he doesn't want anyone to ever feel unloved. it's part of why he actually likes the soulmate system, because despite how shitty life can be, it is nice to know that somewhere out there, you have a soulmate that's meant to spend the rest of their life with you. and maybe his big heart comes from not receiving as much love as he'd have liked as child, and always being pushed into the shadow of his brother, but jaehyun is sweet to everyone, and is always there to offer a smile and hug. he can't possibly dream of ever being mean to anyone, nor would he even dream of breaking someone's heart. he's always been the type to check his star all the time, because he desperately wants to meet his soulmate. he's extremely careful not to lead anyone on, because he doesn't have the heart to break someone else's, and he knows the disastrous things that happen to people who fall for the wrong people, something he wouldn't wish on anyone. however, not many people tend to fall for him anyway.
 ↪  yet despite his extremely likeable personality, he's isn't exactly flawless - in fact, he's far from it. he, like GREED, is impatient, something that he doesn't like the admit, but can't really deny. he hates to be kept waiting, and gets internally annoyed when people are more than two minutes late. he doesn't like waiting in lines, and hates it when he's stuck standing around for long periods of time at checkouts in the supermarket because some lady in front of him has counted her change three times now because she keeps loosing count. people often say that it is impossible to get on the bad side of lee jaehyun, from her tendency to always look at you in a positive light. this is untrue. it's not really that hard to get on his bad side, as long as you know how to do it. if you're constantly tardy, or continue to pick fun at him, or make him cry, or steal his things, he'll most likely be annoyed, and will probably turn passive aggressive on you, which, admittedly is not as bad as it could be. but one thing people don't know about him is that she can be extremely scary when he's angry. it doesn't happen very often (thank god), and no one outside of his family has ever seen him really yell, but he's straight up terrifying. he's also extremely naive, and very easy to take advantage of. he's too nice for his own good sometimes, and his inability to look past peoples' good traits makes him almost blind to the evil intentions people have of him. he's been used before for homework, or for getting discounts because of his cute face people can't say no to, or even been tricked into buying expensive gifts for people who had no pure intentions behind their actions. he lives in his own little bubble believing that the good in people will always weigh out the evil, despite all the shitty circumstance that they're put through. along with this comes his tendency to guilt way too easily. he gets guilty over the smallest of things that aren't even his fault, and aren't something that he can control. it's probably best not to dump all of your problems on him, because at the end of it, he'll probably feel worse about the whole thing than you will. it's not his fault that things seem to weight down on his shoulders, but he always sympathises with others.
 ↪   a lot of jaehyun's personality traits are rather contradicting, something that people often find odd about him. like the fact that he seems hates drawing attention to himself. it's why he usually tends to keep any of his unpopular opinions to himself, and doesn't often call people out or pick fights. however, this is a major contradiction, as jaehyun actually craves attention. the only thing is, he doesn't want it from strangers or classmates that he barely speaks two words to. he wants attention from the people who love him, like his friends and his family. maybe it comes from being pushed in the shadow of his brother for most of his life. another major contradiction of jaehyun's is his ability to be both pessimistic and optimistic at the same time. it's no secret that jaehyun always looks at the best in people, and positive personality traits always outweigh the negatives in his eyes. honestly, all lee jaehyun wants in life is to find his soulmate. he wants to find his soulmate quickly and easily, with as little drama as possible (unfortunately, that's not what fate has in store for him). he just wants to find his soulmate - not because she's going to be completely dependent on them, because in reality he's the opposite - but because he's so terrified of his star turning to white before he gets to meet her or his star turning red because he's fallen in love with the wrong person. he has an intense fear of being different, another reason that he doesn't like to bring attention to himself around those that he's not completely comfortable with. he knows that people have been shunned by society because of their stars, and that's something that terrifies jaehyun to the core. he doesn't want to be the odd one out. he doesn't want to be the weird one in society. he just wants to fit in, and be like everyone else, with a black star on his wrist that will fade once he meets his soulmate.

    ➝ jaehyun and ENVY have somewhat similar personality traits, so they could probably get along relatively well, and i think they'd be cute together. i also think he could potentially go well with SLOTH too, given their contrasting introvert and cheerful personalities. and given that SLOTH is slightly more introverted, jaehyun would probably be more comfortable around her, because i see him being more comfortable in the company of introverted people than extremely extroverted people.

   ➝ i feel like they'd sort of intimidate jaehyun, especially since they're both the type to lead other people on, something that jaehyun himself can't bring himself to do. i think this would make him rather wary of both of them, and make him cautious whenever he's around them, too scared to accidentally fall in love with one of them while they're not his soulmate.

	↪ HOW YOUR CHARACTER THINKS -
 ▪  honestly, jaehyun likes the soulmate system, most of the time. sure, he hates the fact of how burdened he feels when trying to find his soulmate, and he hates that it can be slightly controlling and sometimes even lethal, what with red stars, and he hopes he never has to experience that. his family are not known to be heartbreakers, and jaehyun is keen to follow in their footsteps with that. but the black star on hia wrist gives him hope, because he's sure that there is someone out there that is hia soulmate, someone that he is meant to spend the rest of his life with, and that gives him a bit of hope, and it's something that makes him feel slightly better whenever he's at her lowest. yet despite liking the soulmate system, and liking the reassurance that hey, there's someone out there who you're supposed to be with, he's a bit put out given that he hasn't found his own soulmate yet, and the longer he goes without finding her, the more anxious he gets.

	↪ HOW THEY TREAT -
 ▪  jaehyun would be great to them, and would constantly like to be around them, to the point where it's borderline clingy for the first few months. however, at the same time, i feel he'd try and keep his distance slightly so he wouldn't scare them off unintentionally. he'd try and be slightly mindful of his clinginess, and try not to annoy them so much that they'd get pissed off, despite the fact that he craves physical contact. despite this, his clingy side would most likely win out, and he'd probably need to be assured that his affections are requited, and not one sided. he would be the type to always greet them and go up to them if they're in the same room.  i feel like it would take him a little bit of time to let it sink in that he actually has found his soulmate, and he would probably tiptoe around the edges with him them a bit because he'd still be in disbelief, before he got over it. he wouldn't care what sort of personality they had, whether they be the type to fuck around or cold hearted or whatever, he'd be persistent and not give up trying to get through to them, because he knows that they;re soulmates, and that's enough for him to put aside all the bad things about them, and only look at their positive attributes. overall, jaehyun would be really sweet to his soulmate, because if they fell in love with someone else, he'd be devastated, and he doesn't want that to happen.

	↪ CHARACTER REPUTATION -
 ▪  he's probably just known for being FAITH's brother, really. i feel like between the pair of them, FAITH is probably more well known, so when people look at him, that's how they see him. he's just the cheerful brother who's polite to everyone he meets, and is far too innocent and easy to take advantage of. i don't really think he'd have a reputation of sorts, he's mostly just there, existing, and people probably wouldn't really know who he is until they come across him.

		↪ CHARACTER INTERACTION -
 ▪  naturally, he's a pretty friendly and cheerful person. he's not the type to judge the others based on the things he's heard about them, not before he's met them and got to know them for himself first, at least. he likes to make his own assumptions, and not follow everyone else's. it's in his nature to easily befriend people, and search for their positive personality traits, and he'd be the type to get along well with all of them. he strikes me as the type to be a bit of a mediator, and would try to prevent any fights that might break out. being the positive person that he is, i feel like he would be the one who would convince them that soulmates aren't as bad as they make them out to be.

 —  he really really really likes cats and wants to adopt some after he's found his soulmate so they can all live together in a cute little house. he especially wants to adopt a tabby cat, and wants to name it MANGO in honour of his favourite food

 —  i didn't change much from yeonjung's form, so it's all pretty much the same. the only thing i did was change all the pronouns
