  1. @everyone Since the start of Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Games, guilds exist. Guilds are what players call home when they log on. Guilds are our friends and our social network of like-minded gamers. In most MMOs today, guilds are made of people we can trust to fight by our side in dungeons and raids and PvP. During our time in a guild, we make friends with people and talk with them extensively over voice chat systems like discord.
  2. These are the people we bond with everyday, but it's even worst when we are in charge of a guild that we have created and progressed with, through almost 7 years. Players come and go but I always tried to treat all of you as if you were here since the start of this journey. I don't know exactly how to say this but......what should I do when i feel that now is the time to step away from leading??? what should i do to make sure that we don't let our friends down? What is the best way to say something like this?
  3. Im telling you fellow guild members that im not going to lead you guys anymore and saying goodbye to the GM/RL role and to be honest with you guys there is a good chance for me to quit the mythic raiding at all. Sometimes, people spend years playing with the same people. The game or guild name might change, but the core members stay the same. This is when it becomes hard to quit a game. The stronger the social ties, the harder it is to quit. A person might spend months fighting with themselves over quitting. They feel obligated to log on, but their character doesn’t move an inch. I have fought with this same problem several times.

  6. @everyone When I start getting sick of a game, I find myself logging on to say hi to the members of my guild and banging out a few quests. As time goes on and I grow bored of the game, I find myself just logging on to say, hi, raid and logging right off. After weeks of doing so I decided to quit mythic raiding for awhile , and i think that i should quit the game at all..... But since i feel that i should try to ease any of the ripple effects that this has caused, so i will help during the transition, and ill try to keep raiding as a regular raider until i feel that the new leadership is settled and you guys dont need me anymore.
  7. I couldn't bring myself to tell my fellow guild members I wanted to quit, since antorus but thanks to GALAS and CHAOS we decided to give it a try for a new experience such as starting the new expansion as a full international guild, but even so ppl ended burning me out anyway, I tried my best but the lack of commitment of the "wow player" nowadays completely burned me out to this point. I'm tired and I need to have a break because the game is not healthy to me as it is right now. The new leadership will make all they can to keep going and make sure all of you achiev what you want, so I hope all of you work together to achieve great goals in the game.
  8. Like me CHAOS is in the same page, so starting today (20/03/2019) we will pass the guild to new officers/Guildmaster/Raid Leader, At the time of the raid today we will anounce the new leadership, and i believe that the new ppl will do a great work and i trust them to keep going with the guild.
