- You say in a graveled voice, "I think this is everyone that was going to come, Jyson will be about
- later I am sure."
- You say in a graveled voice, "He didn't know his little brother at all and I feel that he feels
- guilty about that a small bit."
- You say in a graveled voice, "I'm very very out of practice in terms of ceremony, so please bear
- with me as I get my thoughts together."
- You clear your throat in an attempt to gain the attention of those around you.
- You say in a graveled voice, "You all are here, some friends, some family, we all know that my
- youngest is no longer with us and I feel this is something I must do."
- A primal urge to march to the shrine of Ascension with your brethren pulls at your limbs.
- You say in a graveled voice, "This room was his, he had found this area under the keep and decided
- it was where he wanted to call his own..."
- You have emoted: Hhaos gestures broadly.
- A quiet grotto. (indoors)
- Set aside from the main section of the garden, this space appears to be a natural cave broken into
- incidentally during the building of some other structure, simply adapted into a living space
- afterwards. Soft mosses grow on the floor and form a natural carpet several inches deep. Luminescent
- mosses drape themselves down the walls of the cave bathing it in a soft green luminescence which
- provides just enough light to see by. A small, black obsidian dais lies in the centre of the room,
- raising four feet from the moss carpeting the floor, the smooth dark top swallowing the light. The
- exit of the cave faces out into the garden, its door a stone slab which glides easily when moved by
- the right hand. A sigil in the shape of a small, rectangular monolith is on the ground. Lying flat
- on the ground is a key-shaped sigil. There are 2 crystalline golems here. A massive dire wolf looms,
- black fur almost swallowing the light. A fierce tiger prowls restlessly nearby. A spectral owl
- swoops here on silent wings. Countess Nezaya Visindi, Witch is here. She wields a long-stemmed red
- rose in her left hand. Arbiter Zorina V. Lockwood, Shadowed Educator is riding on a Baarian tiger.
- Her features are obscured by a mask of lifevision. Shadow Arbiter Augtavian Lockwood, Page of
- Severian. is riding on a massive dire wolf. He wields an elemental staff in his left hand and a
- Shield of Absorption in his right. Squire Ardor Crescent-Thorngage, Hammer of Hashan is here. She
- wields a Shield of Absorption bearing the arms of Ardor in her left hand.
- You see a single exit leading west (open door).
- You say in a graveled voice, "I'm not sure of the significance of it, but I do know that the lad
- absolutely loved it and was a bit ecstatic when I told him it was his."
- Your heart skips a beat in excitement, will another of the false Gods fall today?
- Nezaya smiles softly and listens.
- You say in a graveled voice, "Thank you, those of you that came as friends for this small ceremony,
- I... don't have many left that wake in these days, I feel like a transplant at times, from an age
- long past, so it means a lot."
- You clear your throat in an attempt to gain the attention of those around you.
- You pull the jawless, armoured headpiece of A rune-etched mammoth skull helmet from upon yourself,
- the whispers of battle ceasing.
- You say in a graveled voice, "Thank you lot for coming. For support of myself and my children both
- awake and not. You all have had a positive role to play in not just my youngest's life, but in my
- own. I am a lucky man to call you all friends."
- You have emoted: A soft, sad smile tugging at his lips, Hhaos takes a moment to compose himself.
- Zorina fidgets with the candle in her hand, nodding gently as you finishes and offers you a small,
- sad smile.
- You have acted: Pulling a black rose from his hair, Hhaos leans over the obsidian dais and gently
- places a black rose upon it.
- Nezaya clutches her roses, lowering her chin.
- Ardor's tail flicks back and forth, the only sign of her inner turmoil, and lowers her head in the
- direction of the dias.
- You say in a graveled voice, "From the moment I would wake he would send me a tell, 'Murder?' and we
- would be off to hunt. I feel we grew close during those last few months pushing him ever closer to
- dragon. For a brief decade he held a place in our hearts, and just like he appeared into our life,
- he returns to the obscure, we know not the burden he bore that lead to his departure, but he was one
- of us, the youngest Thorngage. I offer this, in solace, a symbol of the dark beauty that life gives
- to us all, a final gift for you."
- You have emoted: Weaving a small, transluscent dagger into being, Hhaos brings it to his palm
- drawing a faint line and allowing blood to pool down and over the blade. He pauses to ponder the
- small blade for but a moment before slamming the blade down on top of the small dais, forcefully
- embedding the blade in the dark obsidian, impaling the rose into the black obsidian.
- say From my blood were you born into this world. Though we knew not for sure who your mother was, we
- do know that you were mine. I cannot help but feel like in the end, this is all my doing. Rest well,
- son, you've earned it
- You say in a graveled voice, "From my blood were you born into this world. Though we knew not for
- sure who your mother was, we do know that you were mine. I cannot help but feel like in the end,
- this is all my doing. Rest well, son, you've earned it."
- You have emoted: Hhaos hangs his head down low, a moment of sad reverance for his loss before
- pulling a rune-etched mammoth skull helmet back down over his head, hiding his features.
- You place the jawless, armoured headpiece of A rune-etched mammoth skull helmet upon yourself, the
- elongated helm protruding over your head.
- Augtavian lowers his head solemnly.
- You say in a graveled voice, "I'm not good at these kinds of things..."
- Ardor gives you a compassionate hug.
- You give Ardor a compassionate hug.
- You say in a graveled voice, "But I feel that this will be something he would have liked. A small
- piece of what made him, him, here in this grotto he chose to call his own."
- A primal urge to march to the shrine of Ascension with your brethren pulls at your limbs.

- Kneeling down, Ardor gently places a silver candle at the base of the dias, blinking back tears.
- You nod your head at Ardor.
- You say in a graveled voice, "That being said, who's up for a quick little hunt, I'm sure you've all
- been drug along enough by him to understand why I'm about to this."
- Shadow Arbiter Augtavian Lockwood, Page of Severian. says in an assured, raspy voice, "One of my
- favorite qualities about Vecten is he was always down to do something stupid, or reckless."
- Nezaya smiles softly.
- Countess Nezaya Visindi, Witch says in a charming and wicked voice, "May I...?"
- Zorina steps forward and places a silver candle at the base of the dias, lighting it silently before
- straightening up.
- Zorina lights a silver candle, spreading pearly light about the area.
- You nod your head at Nezaya.
- Shadow Arbiter Augtavian Lockwood, Page of Severian. says in an assured, raspy voice, "Since I like
- stupid and reckless. We got along fine. I'll miss that little murder hobo."
- Squire Ardor Crescent-Thorngage, Hammer of Hashan whispers to Zorina in a pleasant voice, "Thank
- you."
- Zorina smiles softly at Ardor.
- Zorina gives Ardor a friendly squeeze.
- You say in a graveled voice, "He even named this little thing..."
- You pet a diminutive skelephant ingratiatingly.
- Awkwardly petting one side of a diminutive skelephant's monstrous, skeletal form, the faint sound of
- rattling bones presages a shift in her stance, leaning into the gesture.
- Nezaya approaches the dais, slowly laying a long-stemmed red rose upon it. She softly whispers,
- "Qavresh na izo, ghurha d'na'vuko, ghura d'na'rha. Xan na'vuko na'xi, Vecten." She touches her
- fingers to her lips, and then touches the shrine.
- Nezaya gives you a compassionate hug.
- Countess Nezaya Visindi, Witch says in a charming and wicked voice, "A hunt seems like a fitting
- tribute."
- You grin mischievously at Nezaya.
- You ask in a graveled voice, "MURDER?"
- Countess Nezaya Visindi, Witch says in a charming and wicked voice, "It's what Vecten would want."
- Arbiter Zorina V. Lockwood, Shadowed Educator says in a softly accented voice, "He was always down
- to murder Bella or someone fun."
- You say in a graveled voice, "He only ever slew Belladonna."
- You say in a graveled voice, "So she seems most fitting."
- Zorina nods her head emphatically.
- Leaving the shrine itself with the simple offerings, Nezaya starts decorating the whole of the area
- with her tributes.
- Nezaya lays a large armful of roses around the raised dais.
- Nezaya gives Ardor a compassionate hug.
- You say in a graveled voice, "Thank you, Zorina and Augtavian, your friendship was unique and I
- won't go into the details, but I know you were kind to him."
- Zorina embraces you with great ardour.
- Arbiter Zorina V. Lockwood, Shadowed Educator says in a softly accented voice, "Thank you for
- everything."
- You say to Nezaya in a graveled voice, "And to you, Nezaya, for being here for this moment and
- adding your own little touch."
- Countess Nezaya Visindi, Witch says in a charming and wicked voice, "He was a good one, and is and
- will continue to be missed."
- Arbiter Zorina V. Lockwood, Shadowed Educator says in a softly accented voice, "Yes, he will be."
- You embrace Ardor with great ardour.
- Ardor leans on you, seeking consolation.
- You say to Ardor in a graveled voice, "Back to being the youngest, kiddo."
- You pet Ardor very nicely.
