GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.    Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to individuals who are 13 years or older, worldwide except where excluded by law, and are members of the "Most Scuffed Discord" server.

2.    Sponsor: The Giveaway is not sponsored. It is paid for by Scuffed.Pink.

3.    Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

4.    Giveaway Period: The Giveaway starts on (6-22-2023) and ends on (6-29-2023).

5.    How to Enter: Entrants can enter the Giveaway by reacting to the message in the #Giveaways channel on the "Most Scuffed Discord" server.

6.    Prize: One winner will receive the PAYDAY 2: Return of The Ultimate Score Bundle, which includes the base game PAYDAY 2 and 62 DLCs. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided at the discretion of Scuffed.Pink.

7.    Winner Selection: The winner of the Giveaway will be selected randomly using the Giveaway Bot on Discord. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8.    Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on Discord within 3 days after the Giveaway period ends. If the potential winner does not respond within 3 days or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the prize and a new winner will be selected.

9.    Privacy: All entrants agree that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Giveaway. No personal data will be required other than is already publicly available from Discord.

10.    General Conditions: Scuffed.Pink reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Scuffed.Pink's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

11.    Disputes: Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of California.
