Hi,

I received a letter on 11/1/2012 about a bill for £44.10. Unfortunately no one told me about it and it was left on top of my fridge, I never look at the top of my fridge because there is a spider on top of it called Frank. We are not sure how Frank grew to such a size but mouse traps and Hoovers only seem to make it bigger. I only happened to stumble by the bill because my cat knocked it down as it was trying to escape from Frank's web.

I understand that I still have a game of yours - Batman Arkham City. I am not sure if it is worth £29.11 as I could get a copy and a action figure for £20.00. I will send it back today as I do not want it for £29.11, unless you throw in a copy of Duke Nukem Forever. I am sorry for leaving it so late to reply but I was without internet and telephone for a month, we think that Frank may have tried to sabotage the phone line after we left the yellow pages open on the exterminator section.

I cannot pay the rental fee until the 20th, I hope you understand that I could not pay you before because my credit card also happened to be on top of the fridge. I think my cat nearly getting eaten was the best thing to happen this week.
