- Looking at the presented evidence, I will be giving this match to Exodus. First, Exodus has a significant speed advantage. With his movement speed being mach one, and his flight speed being faster than his ground speed, despite equalization being in play. Next, a significant portion of the debate was spent analyzing this feat: https://i.imgur.com/s6fq49g.png and whether this feat of durability, https://imgur.com/a/nHdKOMq. The problem with this is that with psychic abilities at play, we do not know how much force is being applied to the skyscrapers, especially since it was established in the same set of scans that Mob was not trying to hurt Toichiro. This means that Toichiro could be withstanding any amount of force that 68% Mob could dish out, from nothing to his maximum output which is too much of a range to determine durability from. In fact, due to the nature of psychic power, we aren't given too many durability measures for Toichiro, being that all of them are dealt with psychic abilities with little comparison, psychic beams in fiction are not created equal. On the note of the pyrokinetic, heat and force durability are 2 different things, same with the electrokenetic and resisting electrical strikes. Exodus offensive feats do have a little to compare to. Being that the bunker destroyed was designed to withstand attack, it would take a significant amount of force to be destroyed. While there is a possibility of Toichiro taking more force than that during the onslaught from Mob, there is no way to confirm it.
- Moving on, let's flip the roles. In terms of Toichiro's offence, the largest feat shown in this sense was the use of lightning (https://imgur.com/a/dGWRZu3). These bolts pale in comparison to those withstood by Exodus (https://i.imgur.com/CNckvgY.jpg). As stated earlier, eletrical resistance and force resistance are seperate things, so let's look at what is provided there. The feat most comparable to the earlier bunker is this one where Toichiro indents the ground (https://imgur.com/a/3c4ErPL). Unfortunately, there is once again no sense of scale in this feat due to the sketchy style of the image coupled with the face that the skyscrapers heights could be variable. What we do know however, is that he had to flatten the metal used to construct it, which is a significant show of force, but not on par with the bunker, which was designed with defense in mind. In the debate, Exodus durability wasn't discussed much, in favor of evasion. Due to his faster flying speed, mind reading, and teleportation ability, he should be able to dodge most any attack, making his durability irrelevant, however, he has shields at his disposal, but those were not discussed in enough detail to have durability information on, but they could pretty clearly block at least small attacks.
- The final thing that needs to be discussed in this is what qualifies as in character for Exodus. This came up in discussing how he would attack and use his shields. He has been shown to use both long and short range attacks equally through out the debate, thus both can be deemed in character depending on the situation.
- After looking at the information, I believe that the result is clear. Most of the debate was spent by Darg trying to downplay Exodus, but this came at the expense of not providing evidence for Toichiro. Exodus has been shown through measurable feats to be a psychic powerhouse, while Toichiro's feats had no comparisons. Numbers don't lie, and the only numbers provided were on the side of Exodus, as such, Fem and Exodus are the winners.
