Pokemon Red: Mt. Moon Center + Rare Candy Skip

Preface/Disclaimer: Haven't worked out a lot of the finer details yet so I'm not sure if this is even faster. However Mt Moon center skip has been an inviting idea that hasn't had much promise by itself. So combining that with a few other risky ideas may actually work and make the category even more fun :)

NOTES:

- Requirements: 2+ HAs after route 3 (+ what attack DVs?)
- Mt Moon Center: ~16.5 seconds
- Some Mt. Moon red bar = ??? seconds (should be a few seconds)
- Skipping moon rare candy and escape rope = ???
- Need 826 exp after route 3 for lvl 16.
- lvl 24 for Starmie and 29 for Oddish <3

Shop: Buy 8 poke balls, 8 potions + escape rope. Can buy fewer pokeballs and an additional potion (causes money issues?)

ROUTE 3:
- Need 2+ HA's.
- Skip taking the center before Mt. Moon :)

MT. MOON:
- Get Water Gun
- Skip Rare Candy + Escape Rope and proceed directly to Mega Punch.
- Ether Rocket (360 money/297 exp): Leer + HA + Tackle, Leer + HA + Tackle.
	> HA x2 is ~45% 2-shot range with 15DV attack.
	> Zubat: (Speed DV required to outspeed: 1, to speedtie: 0). Leech Life, Supersonic.
	> Ekans: (Speed DV required to outspeed: 1, to speedtie: 0). Wrap, Leer, Poison Sting.
- Potion + Ether on HA.
- 3 poke youngster (150 money/357 exp): Leer + HA (level 15 after), HA + PS, HAx2
- Need 172/133 exp for lvl 16 (lvl 3/4 respectively). Basically kill 3/2 encounters similar to old mt moon strats (can refine this later).
- Before Rocket: (Teach Water Gun over Leer), Evolve to Nidoking, teach Mega Punch over Tackle.
- Fight Rocket (Rat + Zubat): MP (+ PS), MP + PS/HA (HA if bad MP range).
- Super Nerd: HA x2, HA + PS (or MP + PS with 13+ DV Attack), HAx2 (or HA + MP if bad HA range)

NUGGET BRIDGE - BILL:
- Take the Cerulean Center after Mt. Moon.
- Walk to the Bike Shop from the right, activate instant text, leave and walk to the left.
- Get the hidden Rare Candy.
- Rival: MP + HA + HA/MP (MP if bad HA range), HA, MP, HA + HA/MP (MP if bad HA range or Growl)
        > Consider switching on Pidgeotto if on good pace.
- Bug Catcher: MP x2
- Lass: MP, HA x2
- Youngster: HA, MP, HA (or MP)
- Lass: MP, HA x2
- Jr. TrainerM: MP + PS
- Rocket: MP, HA
- Bottom Hiker: WG
- Lass: MP, HA x2
- Jr TrainerM: HA, MP
- Lass: MP, HA, MP
- Pick up Ether
- (Heal now or red bar Goldeen), Escape Rope, go straight to Misty.

MISTY:
- Goldeen: HA + HA/MP (MP if bad HA range)
- Teach Thrash over Water Gun
- Rare Candy to level 24, heal to full.
- Misty: Thrash (KevinTurtle)
        > Swap Thrash to slot 1

VERMILION CITY
- (to determine later)

FLY
- Teach Thunderbolt over Horn Attack
- 4 turn Trash Girl: MP + Thrash
- Lvl 29 for Oddish by a lot (LVL: 29 EXP NEEDED: 1486/2349)

CELADON CITY
- Teach Rock Slide over Mega Punch, teach Horn Drill over Bubblebeam.

LAVENDER TOWER
- Rival:
        > With Safe HP: X Acc, Drill x5
        > With Low HP: TB, TB, X Acc, Drill x3
        > Swap Horn Drill to slot 1, then sweep.
