HC Meeting - TGAB

There has been some discrepancies in the legality of admin abuse, but as ordered by the King, from this point on, any admin abuse will be punished severely. I will be PMing this to every HC to be clear, so don't say you didn't get the memo. A list of admin commands will be removed from the TGAB servers to lessen the chance of this happening, but in the mean time, the logs will be watched.

Please note, this applies regardless of rank, and is by the order of the King.

Promotions:
We need to form a promotion system

TGAB Ranks:
[LR]    Cadet             : Uniform and perform sufficiently in one training.
            Responsibility: Read the field manual, attend trainings, patrol and become familiar with the forts.
[LR]    Private           :
            Responsibility: Master infantry movement, musketry, and show an understanding of the rules. Be able to preform proficiently on the battlefield.
[LR]    Lance Corporal    :
            Responsibility: Show a complete understanding of the rules, show discipline and skill in fighting. Be able to preform proficiently on the battlefield
[LR]    Corporal          :
            Responsibility: Assist in supervised trainings, show leadership traits. Be able to preform proficiently on the battlefield.
[NCO]   Sergeant          :
            Responsibility: Keep Lines silent and disciplined during trainings. Host supervised trainings. Lead small squads on patrols when ordered by an officer.
[NCO]   Colour Sergeant   :
            Responsibility: Show complete understanding of everything learned in prior ranks, show discipline and the ability to lead.
[NCO]   Ensign   	  :
            Responsibility: Choose an HR to mentor you, begin to understand line battle logistics.
[HR]    Lieutenant        :
            Responsibility: Host independent trainings, lead lines in line battles. Organize patrols.
[HR]    Captain           :
            Responsibility: Perfect understanding of leading large groups of men, be able to effectively drill and lead. Show ability to command large forces
[HR]    Major       	  :
            Responsibility: Mentor Ensigns, assist in line battles, host PR's. (Not official raids)
[HR]    Lieutenant Colonel:
            Responsibility: Perfect the ability to lead large masses of men in combat and on patrols. Show a large contribution to the army.
[HR]    Colonel           :
            Responsibility: Show outstanding leadership ability in combat.
[HC]    Brigadier General : By the decision of the High Command.
[HC]    Major General     : By the decision of the High Command.
[HC]    Lieutenant General: By the decision of the High Command.
[HC]    General           : By the decision of the Head of Army and Field Marshals or the decision of the King.
[HC]    Field Marshal     : By the decision of the King and the Head of Army.

** Regardless of the rank, the King and Head of Army can make the decision to promote a member of the army, or veto the promotion of a member of the army.

Regiments:
Artillery, 33rd and Dragoons are as good as dead.

95th needs to do more trainings.

College:
College is going to be unallied because it is dead and has two members. Does anyone have any suggestions for a better system?

HC meetings:
Unless an important arises, HC meetings will be held every two weeks to encourage regular discussion of improving the army, meetings are encouraged to be held on weekends or friday nights (keep in mind not everyone has the same time zone) In between those two weeks, skype is highly encouraged for communication. Minutes for each will be taken and posted in the HC meeting or can be accessed by contacting Sir Adam Fletcher.
