- Lately, our client having issue receive .doc file that contains a virus (macro). We cannot block the file extension. It will reject doc that valid and not a virus. Any advice to block this? Clamav does not block this file also.

- Is it coming from one source/sender? If so, block them.

- What definitions are you using in clamav? Also in clamd.conf, do you have ScanOLE2 set to yes? (the default is yes) You could try using OLE2BlockMacros to block .doc files with macros, though just note that any legitimate file will also be blocked if they also macros.
- Is there any plugins installed on the server like the mail scanner from configservers? I often see that blocking extensions due to different reasons.
